Walking distance to metro station and train station also. Many shops nearby. Only 2 stations from Stephanplatz.

I highly recommend the apartment and the landlords. The apartment is well appointed, in a quiet building, easily accessible and directly next to the Ubahn station. You can get anywhere that you want to go in Vienna very conveniently from this apartment. It is also a 2 minute walking distance to a number of convenient stores at which you can purchase living supplies, like the drug store, grocery and other. Finally, these landlords are the kindest and most hospitable people. We found the Hauers to be extremely helpful, responsive and lovely people. |

The location close to Prater and close to U-Bahn station is convenient. It is only 5 minutes walk to Prater so we made several trips there :-)

Durch die Lage zum Innenhof hört man vom Verkehrs nichts.
Die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Die komplette Küche macht das Kochen einfach. Auch für Familien mit Kindern eine gute Wahl!

Well equipped, clean, new furnished, with everything you might need for a comfortable and pleasant staying. Convenient location, the metro was only 50 meters away but you could easily walked into central Vienna in fifteen minutes. The Prater is situated within five minutes on foot. Two supermarkets and two bakery are just around the corner, and an italian restaurant is in the same building. Mr Michael, the owner, was very helpful. Thanks once again for the tip about garage, so it is not a problem if you arrive by car. I will definitely recommend this apartment. |

wir möchten Ihnen noch einmal ganz herzlich danken, dass Sie uns Ihre Wohnung noch so spät am Abend, kurz vor Mitternacht, übergeben haben. Ihre Wohnung liegt ideal sowohl für einen Besuch im Kongresszentrum als auch zur Besichtigung all der Schätze in Wien. Wir konnten gemütlich zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum gehen, aber auch problemlos alle uns wichtigen Punkte mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, sodass auch unsere Anreise mit dem Zug problemlos war und wir in Wien kein Auto benötigten. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig.
Wir würden bei einem erneuten Besuch in Wien versuchen, die Wohnung wieder zu bekommen.

Many thanks for your kind hospitality at Almiani Apartment. We had great time in Vienna! Everything in the apartment is organized in a perfect manner. We had no any kind of problems and we didn't face any difficulties! For sure we have to be back, as there are so many nice places to see and things to do.
We will call you soon to book Almiani apartment for a week next summer.

Danke an Herrn Hauer, dass er es möglich machte, dass wir früher als geplant schon in die Wohnung kommen konnten.

Ideal: Über der Strasse ist der Eingang zur U-Bahn U1:
Innenstadt/Stephansplatz (U1), Oper (U1), Vienna International Center (1), Flughafen (S-Bahn, 5 Min. zu Fuss) sehr einfach und schnell erreichbar.
Schlüsselübergabe und Bezahlung haben bestens geklappt.
Eine Wohnung für ein nächstes Mal. |

It was excellent value for money - had great wifi internet service - was right beside subway stop - only 2 stops from old city - lots of grocery and bakery stores around as well as places to eat - we found it very quiet - laundry and ironing in the apartment was very useful - as well could dry clothes on balcony - excellent coffee maker too !
Great communication with the owners - highly recommended - interesting neighborhood - old fashioned antique stores (not expensive) close by - as well large park within 10 minute walk -

Apartment is very spacious and, since it is entirely inside the courtyard, very quiet - a good base for visiting Vienna. |

The lighting was especially good for working and reading. Internet
worked well, and since we stayed over a week we appreciated the
washing machine. We made coffee every morning with the
espresso machine. There's a nice Italian restaurant downstairs and
a bakery across the street. |
