Wir waren wie immer super zufrieden! Das Appartment hat eine tolle Lage und ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Das größte Plus erntet aber, wieder einmal, die flexible und zuvorkommende Fr. Niedersüß :) Danke - wir kommen wieder :)

My wife stayed in this apartment in early October 2010
for 4 nights and we found it to be perfect for the two of
us. It is close to the stations U & S or the trams. Many
restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The
apartment was spotless throughout and having a
washing machine was a bonus when you are living out of
a suitcase when travelling. We would not hesitate to go
back and stay here again.

This is our second stay in Vienna with apartments from Mrs. Niedersuess. We stayed at the Marxergasse apartment.
The apartment is well equipped and located perfectly for a stay near the Inner City of Vienna. Just a short walk to the subway, to grocery stores and to a main shopping street "Landstrasser Hauptstrasse", where you can find not only shops and a lot of cafes, but also an open air farmers' market. To the city center, it takes about 15 min by foot.
The landlady is second to none: always on time, taking care of things and flexible if you need anything. We would absolutely recommend her and the apartments we have stayed at. And of course, we'll be back ourselves in the future.

I am very happy with my stay in this apartment for 8 nights. The apartment is clean and well equipped The location is very good . All the details described at the web site are very true and the flat is really very nice. I would like to highly recommend it. Margaret was very helpful with the confirmation of reservation for obtaning Austrian visa in Moscow, so Russian visitors can rely on her.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment Marxergasse is clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is a convenient walking distance from the central attractions. There is a good supermarket nearby from which we bought our fresh bread for breakfast. The restaurant on the corner served good local food - although they spoke little English, they were very helpful. The apartment is close to Wein Mitte station for the UBahn and for transfer to the airport (via the City Air Train, which was amazingly easy). The owner, Margaret Neidersuess, met us when we arrived. She was helpful with queries before we arrived and during our stay. She speaks good English and is happy to communicate by email or mobile phone.
We certainly intend to use the apartment again.
