with a grown daughter) were delighted with it.
First of all, the location is perfect! It's only 10 min. walking to the centre. Besides, it is
situated in a good neighbourhood,with all kind of facilities at hand (eg. supermarkets).
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we could need for our
stay. We felt like at home!
The hostess was very nice and friendly.
In short, we would recommend the apartment to anyone who want to visit Vienna and
we would repeat in case we go there. |

adults and two children, 8 months and 2 years. It was a great week in Vienna.
The apartment is wonderful, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything
necessary, that only may be needed. The apartment is very warm, though the
temperature in the street was about zero. The hostess is very friendly and
attentive. Apartment location is wonderful. We walked with a stroller to the
center, and subway station is very close. iI'm sure, we will return to Vienna and
stayed in this lovely apartment. |

It is very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. It also is conveniently situated for living and sightseeing (Staatsoper and Musikverein are within walking distance!). The stuff is nice. Mrs. Parks is very kind and helpful. She always gave us valuable advice about living, culture, arts, and music appreciation. Thanks to her, we could enjoy opera and classical concert at popular prices, it was amazing experience. We absolutely loved my time in Vienna. I hope we'll get a chance to stay Mahler House again. Thank you. |

The location was so convenient, and the apartment itself ideal in every way. The management team were friendly and efficient. After our last post she immediately took care of the heating problem which seemed to be just a matter of opertaing the heating system. So the room got hoter and the noise was not an issue anymore.
We had a very pleasant stay afterall and we will definitely come back soon. The appartment is suitable for winter visits. |

The Bad: radiators are undersized, cold in the bedrooms at -5 degrees outside. Noisy boiler. Not suited for winter visits. |

It is very conveniently located (close to tram stop, underground station, supermarkets etc.), spacious and impeccably clean, equipped with everything you may need even for a longer stay including very good beds and furniture. And Mahler connection certainly adds a nice twist by associating with the music, art and culture of this great city! |

Everything was to our liking: the lively neighbourhood with all the shops and the market, the vicinity of the city center, and especially the spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable apartment itself. We really felt at home!
Ms. Yazaki welcomed us cheerfully, was there again at check-out, everything went so smoothly. For a next time this will be our favourite place to stay.

The apartament is very warm, you have all you need to feel good. Ms.Chihiro is very nice. Next time when we came in Vienna definitly we stay in this apartament because is near to the central area and we fell so good here.

It was very quiet and restful and so very well equipped with everything we could possibly need – e.g. plenty of towels, extra pillows/bedding etc and was very warm and comfortable after the biting cold of February days in Vienna. It was an excellent, very central base for sightseeing with many cafes/bars and of course local supermarkets nearby – often lacking in city centre locations but so necessary for self caterers. Ayumi, the manager, was most helpful and informative and really took the trouble to make sure we were very well looked after, so a big thank you to her!

We spent a week in Vienna with our family in november 2008 and we are still talking about our stay. Our wellbeing in this appartment is certainly one of the reasons.
And of course the very good contact with the owner contributed to a very good relation to Vienna and the flat since the first mail-exchange.
We will come back - as soon as possible.

It is a very welcoming apartment in which you feel at home, well equipped and very clean.
It is right in downtown and you can reach on foot the most important places in Vienna .
Also is a very peaceful and civilized.
The people that are expecting for you, ms. Kondo si ms. Yamamoto, are very nice and kind and willing to help whenever you need.
I am sure I will return there whenever I go to Vienna .

The apartment itself has been recently modernized, tastefully decorated and it is comfortable and immaculate. I could walk to the market and the many historical sites in the center of town in about 10 to 15 minutes and especially to the Opera House which had available unbelievably inexpensive tickets and the best sound in the world. |

Friendly, helpful e-mail advice from the owner was supplemented by lots of excellent suggestions on things to do and where to eat from the owner's agent. If you run out of ideas, there is lots of tourist information in the apartment. Vienna is a wonderful place to visit and when we return we'll have no hesitation in staying again at the Mahler house. Easily the best holiday accomodation we've ever stayed in! |

The most wonderful apartment I have ever used in Vienna, white wall and bright floor of each room are impressive and are quite clean.
Since the room is in the top floor, its view of the town from a balcony is good.
The location is close to the city center and convenient for shopping, sightseeing or any activities.
Especially, detailed guidance of a kind manager is very beneficial. |
