Payment

A deposit of 30% will be required at booking. Rest is due at handing over the keys.

Payment will be accepted by bank transfer or Western Union in advance or in cash (EURO).

Arrival and Departure

Cancellation

We only accept written cancellations.

In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 14 days before your intended arrival we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for a year and can be used for another booking of our apartments.

Is your cancellation within the last 14 days before your arrival or is the year over there will be no refund of the deposit.

Please read our rules of the house valid for all apartments.
