Payment

We require an advance payment of 30 % of the price at booking. Rest is due at arrival.

We accept payment in cach, by banc transfer, Western Union or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners).

Arrival and Departure

Time of arrival:

During the week from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with notification in advance.
Earlier or later, saturday, sunday, holyday possible on agreement.
Departure: until 10:00 am and at agreement.

Cancellation

We accept only written cancellations.

In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 28 days before arrival we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for another booking in one of our apartments.

Is your cancellation made within 28 days before your arrival or is the period of one year over there will be no refund of the deposit.
