Terms and conditions

Deposit/payment
We require a deposit of 30% at booking.
Rest is due at handing over of the keys. We accept payment by bank transfer or in cash (EURO)

Arrival and Departure Times:

Standard arrival time is 14.00 h. Other times can be arranged.
Departure time is 10.00

Cancellation
We only accept written cancellations.

In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 14 days before your intended arrival we convert your deposit into a
voucher. This voucher ist valid for a year and can be used for another booking of our apartments.

Is your cancellation within the last 14 days before your arrival or is the year over there will be no refund of the deposit.

Please read our rules of the house valid for all apartments.
