Price per week and 4 people: 690,- Euro (i.e. 8 days/7 night)
Shorter stays: 99,- Euro/day
Further people: 18,- Euro/day

Minimal-stay: 5 days

Final cleaning: Only if necessary

Terms and conditions

Payment on account/payment/conditions:
If you book our apartments, you have to effect 30% payment on account.

The rest will become due on handing-over keys. We gladly receive your payment by bank transfer or cash (Euro).

Cancellation:
Reversals will be accepted only in writing.

Considering a cancellation of the booking on your part till 21 days before the day of your arrival, the effected payment on account will be placed to your credit for 1 year. Within that period (1 year) you are capable to use the amount for a subsequent booking of our apartment(s).

If you cancel within the last two weeks before the day of your arrival on the one hand or the year's time is expired at the other, the effected payment on account will be wasted.

In order to make the stay in Vienna as comfortable and pleasant as possible for all participants, please pay attention to our general rule of the house.
