Estuvimos cuatro noches en este apartamento, y fue una experiencia excelente. El
departamento es amplio, cómodo, bien equipado, luminoso y silencioso. Estaba muy limpio
y en buenas condiciones.
Para nosotros fue muy cómodo, ya que viajábamos con un bebé, y en el apartamento
había una cuna y una trona.
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, se puede llegar caminando al centro y a una de
las principales estaciones de ferrocarril. Además está bien comunicado, y cerca de varios
supermercados.
El propietario del departamento fue muy amable.
Sin duda es una alternativa 100% recomendable para una estadía en Viena.

Im VERY HAPPY WITH MY STAY IN THE KAISER APARTMENT IT MAKES YOUR STAY VERY EASY BECOUSE ITS VERY CLOSE TO EVRYTHING YOU NEED DURING YOU STAY SHOPPING TRANSPORTION CITY CENTER SIEGHTSEEING ANDWITH ALL OF THIS THE OWNER OF THE APPARTMENT MR ADMUND HE VERY NICE AND HELPFULL PERSON IWOULD LIKE TO THANK HIM AND HIS LADY MRS LISEA FOR THE GOOD SERVICE.

Ein sehr gutes, wohnliches Appartement mit hervorragenden Betten, sehr sauberer Küche in einer ruhigen Lage nicht weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum. Tram- und Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür bzw. um die Ecke. Für 2 - 4 Personen bestens geeignet. In unmittelbarer Nähe Sceneläden und nette Lokale, kurz die ideale Adresse für einen Wienaufenthalt.

Die zentrale, aber doch ruhige Lage (Innenhof) mit der Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vorm Haus machen das Appartement zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wien-Besucher. Die Ausstattung ist optimal die Betten sehr gut und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause.

Ein sehr gutes Apartment, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht, sogar ein PC mit einem Internetanschluss ist da! Und ebenfalls ein W-Lan Router. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber gehalten. Für mich hat einfach alles gestimmt. Etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg ist bis in die Innenstadt, also Stadtnah und trotzdem eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Eine Strassenbahn- und Busanbindung ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Abwicklung war schnell und unkompliziert. Kann ich nur Empfehlen! Würde auch selber nochmal hinfahren!

We had a great stay in the flat, the landlords are very nice and accomodating and the flat itself was very nice, clean, well situated and had everything one might need...

We spent in this apartment 4 nights in August 2010.
The apartment is located in a convenient inhabited place. We were glad that this is not the tourist place . It is very easy to reach any place in Vienna. The bus goes to the center to Museum quarter, to the Ring. Westbahnhof is nearby (a tram 5). Fine court yard is visible from windows. The apartment is convenient and fully equiped. Elisa (the owner) was kind and met us early in the morning. Owners are very benevolent and constructive.

We spent in this apartment 6 nights in May 2010. It is spacious (with high ceilings) and sunny. All windows look to a nice quiet back yard. There is everything you need: a well equipped kitchen, big TV in the living room, and a large comfortable king-size bed in a separate bedroom. There are at least three supermarkets and bakery cafe close by. It is within a walking distance to Maryahilfer shopping street, 5-7 minutes to U6 metro station, 20-25 minutes (with one line change) to Stefans Dome. The owners were very supportive, met us earlier, and ordered a flat rate airport taxi. We spent a nice time in Vienna, our life was very comfortable thanks to this apartment.

Appartement très agréable, calme et clair même en hiver bien qu'il donne sur une cour (grande et agréable, elle aussi). Il est arrangé avec goût et est très bien équipé. Les photos correspondent tout-à-fait à la réalité. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir Vienne à pied (quartier des musées à 10 mn) ou par les transports en commun (tram devant la porte, metro à 3 mn). Vraiment une SUPER ADRESSE!

Ho trovato l'appartamento di Kaiserstraße molto confortevole, spazioso e ben tenuto. Trovandosi poi abbastanza vicino al centro, e con le fermate degli autobus praticamente sotto, ci ha reso gli spostamenti in autobus molto semplici e veloci. Tutto questo ad un prezzo decisamente modico...

Wir waren mit 2 Personen in Wien und haben im Apartment in der Kaiserstraße gewohnt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet , so das man nichts Haushaltsmäßiges mitnemen muß. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Wohnung und man kann gemütliche Abende verbringen. Einzig der Weg zum Apartment ist etwas neu gewesen für uns. Man muß durch das erste Haus in den ersten Stock, dann weiter über einen Innenhof und dann im zweiten Haus nochmal ein Stockwerk nach oben bis man das Aparment erreicht. Sonst bietet sich das Aparment super als Startpunkt an. Ein Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, 2 Straßenbahnstationen und 2 U-Bahnstationen wenige Gehminuten vom Haus weg. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist und man glück hat findet man auf der Kaiserstraße einen Platz. Ist aber immer gut zugeparkt. Wenn das Auto dann mal versorgt ist würde ich es erst wieder bei der Heimfahrt nutzen. Der Verkehr in Wien ist sehr abendteuerlich. Die Bilder die vom Apartment im Internet sind stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Wien ist schön und auf jedenfall einen Besuch wert. Wir wünschen allen die im Aparment Kaiserstraße wohnen einen schönen Aufenthalt.
