Wir waren 6 Tage bei Frau Stranzl.
Das Appartement liegt ruhig , sehr verkehrsgüstig , ist sazber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Frau Stranzl ist sehr und hilfsbereit .
Insgesamt absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Very nice apartment, conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city-center and in walking distance from postal office, drug-store and grocery-store. The landlady is extremely kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and has all the appliances needed for a cosy stay.

Auf Deutsch:
Wir haben fast drei Wochen in dieser sehr ruhigen Wohnung verbracht. In der Nähe ist eine Autobus Haltestelle und nicht weit zu U-Bahn Anschluss. Wir haben uns recht wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt, und Frau Stanzl ist sehr gefällig und hilfsbereit.
In English:
We can recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Vienna since it is quite centrally located so that all areas of this beautiful city can be reached by bus or subway. The bus station is close by and offers service every few minutes. Mrs. Stanzl was most helpful in getting us settled and oriented. The apartment is very clean; it faces an inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet.

Das Apartment Nr. 8 ist sehr angenehm und genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Ausgestattet mit allem was man nur irgendwie für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt und zum Wohlfühlen brauchen könnte.
Kleine, aber sehr feine Auswahl an Wien-Büchern aus verschiedenen Zeiten.
Die Lage ist optimal, vor allem, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, kostenlose Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung sind leicht zu finden. Sehr gute Busanbindung, 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 15 Minuten zu den Heurigen.
Frau Stanzl mit ihrer lieben Art ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren zu zweit im Juni 2009 für eine Woche in dem Apartment Nr. 8. Das Apartment war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und sauber. Frau Stanzl hat durch ihre liebenswürdige offene Art und mit ihren guten Insider-Tipps für einen gelungen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Wir freuen uns bei unseren nächsten Wien wieder bei Frau Stanzl unterzukommen.

Ein sehr angenehmes Apartment, blitzsauber, ruhig gelegen, alles vorhanden was man braucht, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke und man kommt mit öffentlich Verkehrsmitteln gut in die Innenstadt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt und konnten unseren Wienaufenthalt genießen. Vielen Dank Frau Stanzl und alles Gute! Sollte es uns mal wieder in Ihre schöne Stadt verschlagen, würden wir gerne wieder hier wohnen!
