Die Wohnung ist super ausgerüstet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.

This apartment is very conveniently located, in the safest district of Vienna, it is warm in winter, cool in summer, with lots of light during daytime. It is easy to reach the downtown from it. We are very thankfull to the owner of the apartment, Mrs. margret Niedersuess, for consistently warm and guest-friendly attitude and service.

Angefangen von guten Betten über die komplette Küchenausstattung bis hin zum Bad. Alles super.
Bus und Tram in perfekter Nähe. |

Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ermöglichte uns so einen entspannten Wien-Aufenthalt. Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum sowie die öffentliche Verkehranbindung sind ideal, ebenfalls sind in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Supermarkt sowie zahlreiche Geschäfte vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. |

The area is nice (parks close by) and safe (100 m from a Police precinct and the US Ambassy). Shops in walking distance, bank vey close.
This appartment is highly recommendable! |
