Terms and conditions

Deposit/payment
We require a deposit of 30 % at booking.

Rest is due at handing over the keys. We accept payment by VISA/Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners, bank transfer, or cash (Euro).

Cancellation
We only accept written cancellations.

In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 28 days before arrival we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for another booking in one of our apartments.

Is your cancellation made within 28 days before your arrival or is the period of one year over there will be no refund of the deposit.

Please read our general "rules of the house".

Time of arrival: During the week from 9,00 a.m. - 5,00 p.m. with notification in advance. Earlier or later, saturday, sunday, holyday possible on agreement.
