Das Appartement Favorit liegt im oberen Teil des Hauses und ist mit dem Lift erreichbar. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, hell und sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl hier. Die zentrale Lage, die Fussgängerzone vor der Haustür, die nahe gelegene U-Bahn Station und nicht zuletzt der Preis haben uns die Entscheidung für dieses Appartement leicht gemacht. Frau Niedersüss ist sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert, herzlichen Dank!

Die Woche im Apartment Favorit hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Apartment ist super gelegen inmitten der Fussgängerzone mit direktem U-Bahnanschluss direkt vor der Haustür. Ein schöner Wochenmarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Beim Betreten der Wohnung fühlt man sich auf Anhieb sehr wohl, sie ist hell, liegt im oberen Liftstock eines sehr gepflegten Hauses und ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Abwicklung durch Frau Niedersüss war sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!!

Sehr gut gelegenes, helles Appartement direkt an der U-Bahn-Linie 1, wenige Stationen vom Stephansplatz entfernt. Alle Geschäfte des tgl. Bedarfs direkt vor der Haustür, auch ein kleiner Markt mit frischen Angeboten und sehr gutem Bio-Brot. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sauber. Ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank und 3 Kommoden bieten genügend Stauraum. Man hört leicht die Vibrationen der U-Bahn, was uns nicht gestört hat. Die Fenster gehen zur Fuzo, dadurch hört man die Passanten, was im Winter keinerlei Probelm war (6.OG). In der Küche, die ziemlich geräumig ist und vom andern Zimmer durch eine Tür abgetrennt (vorteilhaft wegen Gerüchen beim Kochen), gibt es eine Grundausstattung, die für einen Kurztrip voll ausreichend ist. Die Mitbewohner im Haus machen einen sehr soliden Eindruck - man fühlt sich sicher, auch als alleinreisende Frauen. Wir würden das Favorit jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very nice apartment overall. Great condition, new furniture, all necessary amenities, very convenient location 50 m from subway, straight link to Stephansplatz. The landlady is really nice and pleasant to deal with.
Local produce market 100 m into a street (works Mon thru Sat), plenty of fresh fruit at low prices. Host of small and larger shops along the pedestrian street, with reasonable prices. For a great dinner, go to Columbus Cafe on Columbusplatz (5 min down the street).
I'd highly recommend this apartment to any couple (or a single person) planning a vacation getaway in Vienna. Would certainly stay here whenever we're in town again.
