Terms and conditionsWhen reserving in advance, a prepayment of 30% to our Bank Account is required and the payment of balance must be covered upon arrival.
We accept Cash payments, per invoice and VISA credit card.
The deposit amounts to Euro 250.- cash payment only.
Should you cancel your reservation (booking) three weeks before arrival date, your advanced deposit will be credited to you. You can dispose of this amount credited to you, within one year, for a new reservation of the Apartment Vienna green in the city.
If, on the outer hand, should you cancel your booking within the last three week prior arrival date, or if the year term (limit of time) has expired, the prepayment will not be refunded. |
