Description

A hearty welcome to our apartment!
ALMIAN is a modern, very functional and fully equipped (nonsmoking) apartment. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Located in the centre but in a quiet area, up to 4 people can enjoy their stay in the lovely city of Vienna.
The apartment is located next to the Underground Station Nestroyplatz (U1 line) in a quiet inner courtyard. In 5 minutes you can reach St. Stephans Square (St. Stephans Church) and, in the other direction, the Prater with the famous "Riesenrad" (giant ferris wheel) and the Praterstadion (Soccer).
The Austria Centre (Underground station “Vienna International Center”) can be reached in 7 minutes (4 stations away) with the U1.
The Reed Exhibitions Congress Center in the Prater is also easily reachable within 8 minutes (http://www.messe.at/).
You can also easily reach the recreational areas of the New and the Old Danube (U1/Undergroundstations “Donauinsel” (New Danube) and “Alte Donau” (Old Danube)). Here you can relax and go for walks, go swimming, visit restaurants and bars.
