Terms and conditions

Reservations:
We do require a deposit to hold your reservation. Payment for the 30% reservation deposit should be made via banktransfer. The rest of the payment is due in cash on the day of arrival.

Damage Deposit:
Upon arrival guest will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well from 250 Euro (for longer stay 500 Euro).This damage depoit will have to be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded after check-out and after inspection of the undamaged apartment.

Cancellation:
Please note that the 30 % reservation deposit is non-refundable wen the client cancels the apartment 21 days before arrival.

Please read our rules of the house valid for all apartments.
