1Minimum criteria and specification of beds
Dear guests,
the listed criteria resp. items are mandatory for all apartments and categories. The specific rating (2, 3 or 4 notes) will be completed in the next chapter.

Specification of beds

Size of beds:
A regular bed contains one mattrass of minimum size 200cm x 90 cm in one piece, not parted. A double bed is 200cm x 180cm. This is international standard and is valid for 3 notes and 4 notes rating.

For a 2 notes rating the mattress size of a single bed can also be 190 cm x 80 cm. The mattress must be in one piece, not parted.

An additional or extra bed can be a bed sofa, sleeping chair or folding bed ... and is specifically mentioned in the description. The shown number of persons indicates the number of available beds, e.g. 2(2) means that the apartment offers regular beds for 2 and additional beds for another 2 persons. Additional beds can be smaller than regular beds and and the mattresses are not neccessarily in one piece.

Size of apartment

The size of an apartment is relative. Due to the price structure flats in cities can certainly be smaller but please consider that you might want to use the apartment also in daytime and therefore it should be spacious enough for the number of your group. The size of each apartment is specified in the description on the main site.

For a comfortable stay you should calculate 25m² to 30m² for one person and for each other person additional 8m² to 10m².
1.3The apartment is available as a self-sufficient unit (no shared furnishings or equipment) with it's own lockable door.
1.4Dining table with chairs for all mentioned persons, e.g. 2 (2) = 4 are available.
1.5At least 2 sets of plates, cups and cutlery for each mentioned person.
1.6The apartment is containing an automatic heating (with room thermostat or radiator thermostat).
1.7Wake up service (e.g. by alarm clock, clock radio, TV timer, cell phone, receptionist in hotel).
1.8Cleaning equipment (broom, bucket, floor cloth, dustpan and brush) in apartment. Apartments in hotels or inns excluded.
1.9Household cleaner and dish detergent (sponge cloth, scouring pad, clean or new) are available.
1.10Enough hangers (no wire coat hangers), at least 10 pcs. per person (with trouser bar and/or shoulder notches) are available.
1.11Cooking facilities and refrigerator (sufficient for mentioned number of persons) are available.
1.12WC, shower or tub available in apartment.
1.132 towels and 1 bath towel and 1 set of bed lines per person and week. On demand also more if necessary.
Please note that there are different types of holiday apartments. Not all provide services like linens and towels. Landlords will specifically mention their offers in their terms and conditions.
1.14Radio and TV set in apartment, at least regional channels.
1.151st aid kit available. Not required with day and night reception.
1.17Landlords are comitted to abide by costumary law.
1.18Apartments located on 2nd floor or higher without elevator have to be indicated.

2Rating criteria (2, 3 or 4 notes)
When all minimum criteria have been met the apartment can be rated according to the criteria of the 2, 3 or 4 notes category. All items of the respective category must be filled in to achieve the rating.
2.23 notes category
2.2.1Size for a regular bed for one person is 200cm x 90cm minimum with a one piece mattress. Size of a double bed for 2 persons is 200cm x 180cm.
Additional beds are sometimes smaller than 200cm x 90cm. They can be bed sofas, sleeping chairs or folding beds. The number of additional beds is shown in parentheses. 2 (2) meaning that the apartment is suitable for 2 persons but it can sleep another 2 persons as well.

All apartments with 4 notes rating offer internet access. Business apartments offer additionally the below mentioned equipment
