We spent in Vienna 8 days celebrating New Year 2011. The apartment Sobi is the very nice accommodation for holiday. Rather good location – not in the city center but near the U-Bahn station and tram stop (6-7 min. walk). Supermarket "Billa" (groceries) round the corner.
The apartment is very comfortable. Absolutely quiet (all the windows look the courtyards). The room layout is convenient. The furniture and kitchen facilities in excellent condition. Large TV, DVD, internet – at your disposal.
To estimate the rate of this apartment – 9,5 of 10.
So, if we want to come to Vienna again, we will try to stay in apartment SOBI.

Diese Wohnung in der Sobieskigasse hat alles!, was man zum Wohlfühlen im Urlaub braucht. Eine tolle Lage (im für uns sehr schönen 9.Bezirk) - beste Anbindung an die Innenstadt und in das Umland (Straßenbahn um die Ecke) - sämtliche Läden in 2 Minuten auf der Nußdorfer Straße erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem ersten Hof (damit wirklich in sehr ruhger Lage) in einem Altbau und ist modern und funktional eingerichtet (technisch fehlt wohl kein Austattungselement). Selbst ambitioniert zu kochen, ist ohne Weiteres möglich. Wir können diese Wohnung mit Flair nur empfehlen, zumal man sich wirklich mitten im Wiener Leben befindet.

Seit vielen Jahren besuchen wir mehrmals im Jahr Wien.
Vor etwa 3 Jahren entdeckten wir im Internet die Appartments, der netten und stets zuvorkommenden Vermieterin, Fr. Niedersüß...
Alle Wohnungen in denen wir bisher waren, sind SEHR sauber und mehr als funktionell eingerichtet (es fehlt an nichts). Sie sind gemütlich, ruhig und teilweise mit Garage!
Diese Mal wohnten wir im "SOBI" - wir waren überrascht, daß bisher Gesehnes noch getopt werden könnte...
Wer die Ruhe liebt - so wie wir - ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben!
Fernab von jeden Straßen- u. Flugzeuglärm und trotzdem nahe (15 Minuten) der Innenstadt.
Diese Wohnung hat einen sehr guten Schnitt: 2 große Zimmer. die, sollte man ins Bad oder getrenntes WC wollen, nicht durchquert werden müssen... Sie ist stil- u. geschmackvoll eingerichtet - man sieht die Liebe im Detail!
Äußerst wohl haben wir uns hier gefühlt und werden sicher gerne wieder kommen...
