Ich war 4 Monate in Apartment in Gentzgasse. Sehr schön und Sauber, alles da was man braucht, und Ich kann dieses Appartement nur weiter empfehlen. Frau Niedersüß ist eine sehr nette, freundliche Vermieterin. Vielen Dank

Super schönes, kleines Appartment in einer wunderhübschen Grünanlage gelegen. Ideal für ein oder zwei Personen. Alles sehr sauber! Ich habe dort einen Monat gewohnt und mich sofort wir zuhause gefühlt :-) nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Niedersüß; ich würde dieses Appartment (und auch Ihre anderen) jederzeit zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!

Ich kann dieses Appartement nur weiter empfehlen: sehr sauber, geschackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die öffentliche Verkersverbindung ist in drei Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Frau Niedersüß ist eine recht unkomplizierte, freundliche, um den Gast bemüht Hausherrin. Lieben Dank

AAA+++ in jeder Hinsicht. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und um das Wohl der Mieter bemueht. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und bietet jeden Komfort, den man sich hier vorstellen kann und mehr. Die Gruenruhelage - trotz Zentrumsnaehe (Votivkirche/Hauptuni 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß) - und die Naehe zum AKH / zur MUW (10 Minuten zu Fuß) machen das Apartment besonders fuer Aerzte oder Gastprofessoren attraktiv.

Kann ich nur waermstens weiterempfehlen.

AAA+++ in every aspect. The landlady is going out of her way to make everything perfect for the tenant(s). The apartment is very neat and offers every comfort you'd expect here and more. The apartment complex is located in the midst of a green, park like area and close to the centre of Vienna - 15-20 minutes walk to the main university, and 10 minutes to the general hospital (AKH) or medical university (MUW), thus making it very attractive for MDs or guest lecturers / professors at the uni.

I can only recommend my landlady and this apartment.

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment mit Stil und Komfort in ruhiger Grünanlageage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in max. 5 Minuten zufuß erreichbar.
