Das Apartment ist Groß, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden (Flatscreen TV, Mikrowelle, Toaster, cd/radio etc.) und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.

wrote on 6th October 2010 into the guestbook of this apartment ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | Wir, ein junges Paar, haben 3 wunderbare Nächte in diesem ebenso wunderbaren Apartment verbracht und können diese auch wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
Der Empfang, sowie die Übergabe der Wohnungsschlüssel, war sehr herzlich und man hat sich sehr bemüht keine Fragen offen zu lassen, was einem von anfang an ein tolles Gefühl vermittelt - man fühlt sich einfach willkommen! :)
Die Wohnung ist pico bello sauber und aufgeräumt, mit viel licht und viel Platz.
Ebenso ist sie voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht - von der Küche übers Bad, alles da!
Die Bilder auf apartment.at stimmen alle mit der Wohnung überein, ein böses Erwachen aus der Vorfreude blieb somit also aus.
Der Schlaf war sehr erholsam, da es sehr ruhig ist und das Bett sehr angenehm war - hier ebenso hervorzuheben, das alles absolut sauber übergeben würde.
Die Möbilierung ist neuartig und gepflegt, eine wunderbare Einrichtung sowie Dekoration lädt zum entspannten Verweilen ein.
Wir waren ausschließlich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs, darum kann ich keine Bewertung über jewieilige Parkmöglichkeiten abgeben.
Dafür kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen behaupten, dass eine nahezu durchgehende Verbindung vom Zentrum bis zur Wohnung besteht.
Ich habe diese Wohnung nun mit besten Gewissen beurteilt und möchte ebenso anmerken, dass ich für diese Bewertung NICHT bezahlt worden bin ;)

Each room is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped.The kitchen and bathroom included every thing we could think of. Beautiful decoration, comfortable beds, big space (We are a family of 5), more than sufficient appliances...Probably the best vacation apartment we've ever been to.

wrote on 8th April 2010 into the guestbook of this apartment ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | Wir (4 erwachsene Geschwister + 85 jährige Mutter) haben schon desöfteren Städtetouren unternommen und dabei immer in Ferienwohnungen gewohnt (u.a. in Berlin und Hamburg und jetzt in Wien). Nicht nur ich, sondern alle Teilnehmer der Reise waren von der Ferienwohnung begeistert. Zum ersten Mal stimmten die Bilder mit der Wohnung überein :-)
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Strassenbahnhaltestelle entfernt und ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das Umfeld der Wohnung selbst ist so, dass man sich abends noch auf die Strasse trauen kann, also kein Problemviertel.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, schön geschnitten und das Möbiliar nicht verwohnt wie in manch anderen Ferienwohnungen. Die Küche ist mit modernen/neueren Geräten ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd mit Kochfeld). Kostenloses WLAN und Sateliten-TV lassen auch für den Technikfreak Freude aufkommen.
Bad und WC liessen auch keine Wünsche offen - endlich mal eine große Dusche in der man keine Platzangst bekommt oder Befürchtung haben muss sich mit der neusten Genration an Fusspilz anzustecken.
Der Kontakt bis zur Buchung war durchweg sehr freundlich und Antworten auf Fragen wurden umgehend per e-mail beantwortet.
Die Übergabe der Schlüssel beim Einzug (durch Angestellte) war problemlos und sehr freundlich und die Wohnung sehr sauber übergeben.
Eine Anmerkung, für diese Bewertung wurden wir nicht bezahlt :-) es ist auch das erste Mal dass wir sowas machen, aber da es uns so gut gefallen hat, dachten wir uns, dass wir uns mal die Zeit nehmen.
In Summe können wir die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. |

Everything was exactly as in the webpage, communication was made very easily, apartment clean,quiet and very well equiped, public transport is at a 3 min walk.
I would stay there anytime!

It is a very nice, clean and user-friendly apartment. Our host showed us parts of beautiful Vienna during the transfer from the airport to the apartment, for which we again would like to thank her ! Its location is very near to public transport, and you can reach the city centre within 15 minutes. It's a very quiet district. We would recommend it to our friends ! |

The owner showed us how to use everything and how to get in town with public transportation, recommended us some very nice places to go, was very nice to us.
I must say that our stay here was a very good choice, the apartment is very close to the public transportation and close to stores.
I would strongly recommend this apartment to whomever wants to visit Wien. |

wrote on 30th October 2008 into the guestbook of this apartment ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | In late Sept. 08 we stayed at this appartment for 4 nights with our 2 adult children. Our stay commenced with a somewhat rocky start, as the heating + hot water system had broken down and we were without these amenities until the following afternoon of our arrival. It must be noted, however, that the owner tried very hard to have the problem rectified.
We spent 4 wonderful days in Vienna and the appartment was a good starting point to our daily events. Streetcar #43-running every few minutes-connects with Vienna's outstanding transportation network; it's so easy to reach any part of the city.
The appartment itself lived up to all the advertised features; it is roomy, bright and extremely clean and provides a pleasing sancturary after a hectic day of sight-seeing.
We can truly recommend this place to fellow travellers.
