Everything is very comfortable.
Ms. Zastiera is very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend it. |

style furniture and is very clean and full kitchen utensils and many of the furniture from IKEA.
I lived in the apartment for a month complete with my family and did not I feel far from my house because everything was organized and you will Find all the needs of grocery stores near you and restaurants and public transport as well as I hope to go back to live again quite quickly |

and had a lovely time. The furnishings were nice, everything was clean, and the terms
were fair. Elisabeth Zasteria was an accommodating host, providing good information
about the neighborhood, and replenishing a few supplies that ran low. The apartment is
quite close to the Rathaus, which leads to the city center & U-Bahn, but the
neighborhood is quiet & peaceful (if not the most picturesque part of the city). One of
the bedrooms is quite spacious, the other is quite small, but it worked fine for us. Note
that the lift is very small (we only used it to transport luggage), so be prepared to
climb 3 flights of stairs when coming & going. Definitely recommended! |

nights at this apartment;it really was extremely
pleasant,spacious and attractive, also very well situated in a
good area near the U-bahn. Elizabeth Zastiera made us most
welcome and helped with recommendations for places to eat
e.t.c,
she was also very helpful with taxis for the airport and
accommodating our luggage because of awkward flight times.We
managed to fit a lot in during our very happy stay in Vienna. |

Very close to the center for walking to the historical buildings and other lovely places. We got a nice and hearthy welcome of the landlady and she helped us even in the evening for solving our connection problems with the computer network. We will recommand this apartment to everybody and for the future we surely want to rent the apartment again. |

richtig "zuhause" gefühlt . Betten gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah bei , zentrale Lage , ruhige Lage zum Innenhof , nette Vermieterin im Hause , Pizzeria Scarabocchio auf dem Heimweg-super leckere Pizza und lauschiger kleiner Innenhof-, alles sehr gute Gründe wieder einmal nach Wien in der Schlösselgasse "einzukehren" |

Eine sehr geschmackvoll, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Möbel und Ausstattung sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U-Bahn-Station ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war vorbildlich.
Die Wohnung war der optimale Ausgangspunkt für all unsere Unternehmungen in Wien und beim nächsten Wien Urlaub würden wir dieses Domizil wieder mieten.

Das Appartment hat uns den nötigen Ausgleich zum Kongress geboten. Es war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und meist angenehm ruhig. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und zum AKH waren ideal. In nur 5-10min war man zu Fuß am Rathaus und den berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden beim nächsten Wien-besuch gern wieder kommen. |

Zu Fuß kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen, und die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir als Familie haben den netten Kontakt mit „unserer“ Vermieterin in sehr guter Erinnerung und werden noch lange an die schönen Tage in Wien und in der schönen Wohnung denken.
