Newly renovated, bright and quiet 60 square meter apartment on the first floor of a classic Viennese building located in the most desirable area of the 7th district. The 7th district has become a bustling hub of contemporary fashion with numerous small boutiques. Also, in close proximity to our apartment you will find all the stores and businesses for your essentials (e.g. grocery stores, pharmacy, dry cleaner) as well as trendy restaurants, traditional coffee houses and specialty shops. You can walk to some of Vienna’s greatest attractions, whether you are interested in seeing great art, do some shopping, or visit the historical sights: For instance, Mariahilfer Street (the city’s longest and most lively shopping street) is just a short walk away. The charming Spittelberg, a lively array of restaurants, cafés and bars with Biedermeier-architecture, is within splitting distance. Also the Museums Quartier, Vienna’s exciting art complex near the Imperial Palace as well as the splendid grand boulevard „Ring“ that encircles the old city, are only 15 minutes by foot. Of course all sights can be explored by public transportation; the apartment provides easy access. Furthermore bicycles are available for rent in our building should you chose to discover Vienna on a bicycle.
