Ich war im Februar diesen Jahres im Apartment und war sehr zufrieden mit allem. Die Nähe zu vielen kulturell interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen war absolut ansprechend. Und auch die beiden U-Bahn-Stationen waren grad mal 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Lg I. Schrödl

I would like to thank you Hans and Kristian for the use of the apartment over the past 10 days. I was pleased with its location close to the central area of Vienna and with its comfortable furnishing. I surely recommend the apartment to anyone who is planning to visit Vienna!

Das Apartement ist sauber und gut eingerichtet.Es liegt sehr zentral , U-Bahn-Supermarkt-Restaurant-Naschmarkt u.s.w. ist alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert !!!

Very nice apartments!
Nice location towards Nashmarkt (10 min) & city centre (10 min) by walking.
The metro station is right near (3 min), the supermarket is just round the corner (3 min).
The apartments itself were clean, tidy, simple but nice. As far as windows look at the small parking zone there was VERY quiet, so good conditions for good dreams.
I liked them pretty much, the price is reasonable. I could even say i can live in such apartments for a long time.
All in all - i am totally satisfied.
