Prices are all inclusive and can change during the seasons and special days like new years eve or easter.
Terms and conditionsReservation:
Please make a deposit of aprox. 25 % of the appointed sum to our bank account. You can do this by standard banktransfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
Payment:
Please pay the rest of the sum at the hand over of keys in cash at your arrival
Cancellation:
Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail only. If your cancellation reaches us 28 days before the first day of the rental period starts, 50% of the deposit will be converted to a voucher.
If your cancellation reaches us later than 28 days, before the arranged first day of rental starts, nothing of the deposit can be paid back.
Vouchers:
Vouchers are valid during one year, from the begin of the former arranged first day of rental. This vouchers can be used for an other booking of our apartment only.
In special cases we allow to charge an amount for end-cleaning. |
