Für eine kurze Auszeit hatte ich mir Wien ausgesucht. An die Adresse kam ich durch die kath. Pfarrgemeinde der Herz-Jesu-Sühnekirche in Wien-Hernals.
Das Appartement 5 hatte für mich die richtige Größe. Das Bett war prima. Die Kücheneinrichtung war sauber und ausreichend, auch wenn ich sie kaum benutzt habe.
Zwei "Kleinigkeiten" fielen mir besonders positiv auf:
1. Gleich bei der Ankunft gab es einen Auszug aus dem Stadtplan, auf dem das Haus verzeichnet war und die Punkte, die man als erstes so sucht: Bäcker, Lebensmittelmarkt, Post, Bahnhöfe, Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Apotheke ... Sehr hilfreich für die erste Orientierung.
2. Die gute Information über die preislich optimale Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Und das Angebot, nicht verbrauchte Streifenkarten bei der Abreise abzukaufen.

Really nice apartments, cool people, very helpful with good tips. We had a really amazing
time there.
Just catch the tramway and you will be in 15 minutes in the city center.
The Apartments are very nice, everything looks new.
Next time I'll come to Vienna i'll stay there.
Definite recommendation!

Very comfortable and clean accomodation and the staff were really friendly. Best access to the public transports. Nevertheless, the location is a bit outside of the city center (took us around 30-45min with train&subway or tram&subway). The apartment is recommendable!
Landlord's comment:
Normally it takes you within 15 minutest to the citycenter. The 30-45 minutest the guests mentioned were to the Vienna International Centre.

Eine ideale Unterkunft für alle, die sich in Wien wie zu Hause fühlen wollen: Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Lift, Fernsehen, SAT, Radio, Internet, gepflegte Küchenzeile mit allem Drum und Dran, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zentrale Lage, Sicherheit, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Besonders freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Ein niveauvolles Ambiente, sehr anspechende und freundliche Ausstattung, keine 0815 -Bilder an den Wänden, nichts "Billiges". Ich bin begeistert und kann dieses gastfreundliche Haus bestens weiterempfehlen! Prof. Mag. Irmgard Mair
