Schöne, grosse Räume mit praktischer Einrichtung und genügend Platz auch für grössere Familien. Das Appartement liegt verkehrstechnisch an einem Ort mit gutem Anschluss an das ÖV-Netz. Angenehm sind auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für unsere Kinder wurde uns alles bereitgestellt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder einmal an der Ferchergasse zu logieren! |

Wir waren gerade mit unseren Kindern (15/18 Jahre) für 6 Tage in Wien. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig (Straßenbahn 43 fährt alle 3-4 Minuten) und S-Bahn Ottakring. Man erreicht die Haltestellen in 3 Minuten. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 12 Minuten am Schottentor und kann von dort zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden oder umsteigen in verschiedene S-/U-Bahnen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt am Bahnhof, viele andere Geschäfte (auch ALDI) direkt um die Ecke. Das Appartment ist sehr gepflegt, freundlich eingerichtet, mit schönen Bildern an den Wänden. Alles wirkt hell und frisch renoviert. In der Küche befindet sich alles, was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen..). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein WLAN (kostenlos). - Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in ordnung. |

They were clean and spacious and exactly suited our needs. Shops (aldi, bakers etc) are all near by as well as a good greek restaurant and several bars. The landlord is friendly and was accommodating. I would definitely stay again. |

The appartement is large enough with two real separate bedrooms, it is fully equipped, comfortable beds. We could park our car in the street for free. The tram and train are very close, and also bakery and supermarket near.
The appartment is in front of the train rails, but is was not a problem in the end.
The family was very kind.
We will come back there and will recommend to our friends. |

like being at home. The apartments are very comfortable, well-
equipped covering the needs of the visitor. The owners are very
kind and always willing to help the visitor in all matters. Me and
my whole family always prefer to stay in Ferchergasse
Apartments every time we visit Vienna. We have also
recommend them to other travelers. Taking ointo account what
the Ferchergasse Apartments offer, we consider their price as
reasonable one.
