My wife and I stayed in the Lassallestr apartment, which was our second acommodation offered by the same landlady (Magret) while looking for a long-term accommodation. This one was offered to us as a nice deal when we had to extend the initially agreed rental period. Both places were very neat, equipped with all common sense necessities and tastefully arranged (IKEA stuff). The living space in the apartment is pretty much what you see in the picture (if you turned 180 degrees you'd see a kitchenette and some cabinets), but the arrangement of the space made it quite comfortable. There is a nice clean bathroom, too, but no washing machine in the apartment. There is a coin operating laundromate in the basement of the building. The Landlady was very responsive, accommodating and helpful in everything, yet not intrusive. The apartment is conveniently close to major public transportation routes and very close to the main entrance to Prater amusement park. There is a great view on the city skyline from the window. If you can tolerate bit dated disco some three nights in the week this is a great value for you and we do not hesitate to recommend it to anybody travelling to Vienna for vacation or business. |

wrote on 5th August 2011 into the guestbook of this apartment ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | Wir waren für eine Woche auf Sightseeing Tour in Wien. Bestellung, Bezahlung lief alles perfekt und unompliziert. Das Apartment selbst ist ideal für kürzere bis mittlere Aufenthalte in Wien geeignet und ist sehr schön und modisch eingerichtet. Durch die Nähe zum Prater ist der Wurstelprater sowie der Praterpark innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen und durch die U Bahn Anbindung ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Wahrzeichen Wiens, dem Stephansdom. Einziger Kritikpunkt bildet eine nahe gelegene Straße die relativ stark frequentiert ist. Allerdings ist dies bei geschlossenem Fenster zu vernachlässigen.
Wir danken für die tolle Unterkunft und die freundliche Vermieterin, falls wir wieder nach Wien kommen, wissen wir welches Apartment wir nehmen:-) |

Besonders die Orangetönge verleihen eine einladende, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Gesamteindruck war wirklich mehr als nur zufriedenstellend, vor allem Sauberkeit und Lage haben zusätzlich begeistert. Ich sag's mal so..Stiftung Warentest sagt: SEHR GUT :)))
Vielen lieben Dank also nochmals an unsere nette Vermieterin!!
Bei unserem nächsten Wienbesuch - wissen wir wo wir "zuhause" sind. :) |

It's located perfectly for using public transportation (downtown 2 stops by underground) and big enough for two people, even for a longer stay. The apartment is fully equipped and clean, and there's a cleaning service every week which is very convenient. The friendly landlady is always on top of everything and you can reach her any time- great service! We are looking forward to visiting Vienna again soon! |

Alles in Allem hat es unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die unkomplizierte Anreise vom Flughafen bis Praterstern und dann der kurze Fußweg zum Apartment hat uns auch sehr gefreut. Kommen beim nächsten Wien-Besuch gerne wieder. Grüße aus Bremen |
