We (father+mother+son) stayed there for 9 days and found everything excellent. The apartment is good for sightseeing Vienna and the place is quiet for sleeping. On top of that, Frau Niedersuess is friendly/helpful and really knows how to setup a place for living there as long as you like, with all the equipment and accessories you need. The internet connection also worked flawlessly. Sure we're going to stay there again if/when in Vienna next time. Well done Magret!

Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, liegt zentral und ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin Fr. Niedersüss war freundlich und die "Mietabwicklung" unkompliziert.

Ich habe 2 1/2 Monate in dem Apartment in der Neustiftgasse 66 gelebt.
Das Apartment liegt im 7. Bezirk und ist sehr zentral gelegen. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele gute Restaurants.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Innenhof und ist daher ausgesprochen ruhig gelegen.
Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
Ich habe mich vom ersten Augenblick "zuhause" gefühlt und werde das Apartment jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Frau Niedersüß ist eine äußerst angenehme, freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die auf alle Wünsche und Fragen prompt eingeht. Vielen Dank nochmals!
