We stayed at Apartment Lerchenfeld for a week in August 2011. The apartment couldn't be better -- it is steps from Vienna's museums, though located away from the tourists. Grocery stores, markets, restaurants and bars are just outside the apartment.

The apartment has everything you could need and offers far more than a hotel -- we loved access to laundry, sat TV, internet and a great kitchen. The apartment has been recently renovated, and was clean and comfortable. On top of all that, Margarete is very friendly and responsive. If we return to Vienna, we hope to stay here again.

Good connection to the city centre via Volksoper station. I stayed there > 1month for
work. Very modern and comfortable apartment. Automatic air temperature regulation.
The apartment belongs to a very nice and helpful couple.
Little point to note - don't take too much luggage. You have to take and walk your way up
for 2 floors.

Das Appartment von Frau Niedersüss in der Lerchenfelder Strasse ist ein Ort um sich in Wien zuhause fühlen. Wer allein oder zu zweit reist findet hier einen idealen Ausganspunkt, sich die Stadt Wien zu erobern. Man ist schnell an den touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten und doch etwas ab vom Rummel. Das Appartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem Lebensnotwendigen ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Spül- und Waschmaschine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Hofer (Aldi) und Zielpunkt (Plus)) sind um die Ecke; die Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist 50 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Gesamturteil: rundum empfehlenswert.

Eine wunderbare Lösung, ein paar Tage/Wochen in Wien zu wohnen und sich eigentlich daheim zu fühlen. Die Wohnung ist günstig, groß genug, vollkommen modern und sehr sauber ausgestattet, wo alles funktioniert. Eine ruhige Oase nebst einer belebten Straße. Die günstige Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel machte es immer leicht erreichbar. Nicht zuletzt, eine sehr entgegenkommende und freundliche Vermieterin.
I would recommend this appartment to anybody visiting Vienna: convenient and quiet location near all sorts of shops, public transportation, and markets; complete, tasteful, modern, and clean furnishings, and a very cooperative and friendly landlady.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes kleines Apartment in unmittelbarer Innenstadtnähe, Bus- und Strassenbahnhaltestellen befinden sich quasi vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einem der liebenswertesten Bezierke Wiens und ist bestens geeignet für ein bis zwei Personen. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine gut ausgestatte Küche mit Spülmaschine und sogar einer Waschmaschine. Die Küchenzeile ist vom Schlafbereich durch eine Tür abgetrennt. Das Bad ist klein aber sehr zweckmässig. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und entgegenkommend. Ich habe mich rundherum wohl gefühlt und komme bestimmt wieder.

The apartment was excellent in every way, with all the facilities we needed (more actually) and very conveniently located. The price meant I was able to attend a conference for far less cost but with greater comfort and convenience than many colleagues - the university and the city centre are a pleasant walk away. If we have reason to return to Vienna there is no doubt where we will stay.

We stayed on May.2009 and the apartment is very agreeable, clean and modern.

Schick, Modern & Stilvoll
Wir waren zu zweit vom 03.04. - 08.04.2009 in dem schicken zentrumsnahem Apartement von der sympathischen Magret Niedersüss. Das Appartement ist sehr freundlich (hell) und funktionell eingerichtet. (Markenzusatzgeräte wie: Spülmaschine, Audio-Anlage, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle usw. sind vorhanden). Das Appartment macht einen modernen Eindruck und ist sehr zu empfehlen, weil alles passt (Preis, Lage, Stil, Vermieterin usw.) Der Kurztrip nach Wien, war Dank des tollen Apartments noch schöner. Testet das nette Apartement einfach mal.
