Terms and conditions

D e p o s i t / p a y m e n t
We require a deposit of 30% at booking payable to our bank account.

Rest of the total is due upon handing over of the keys. We accept payment by bank transfer or in cash (EURO).

There will be a key-deposit of 250 euro in cash. for long-term stays we charge a deposit of one month rent. If the appartment is handed over orderly after the stay, you will of course get the deposit back!

C a n c e l l a t i o n
We only accept written cancellations.

In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 14 days before your intended arrival we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for a year and can be used for another booking of our apartments.

Is your cancellation within the last 14 days before your intended arrival or is the year over there will be no refund of the deposit.

Please read our rules of the house valid for all apartments.
