Central, near the Embassyquarter in the 4th district, at the end of a dead-end-street (no traffic, absolutly quiet), old building (high roofs in the apartment), new and high-value, individually arranged through an architect (see pictures).
Close-by are many shops, restaurants and coffeeshops, as well as the "Naschmarkt" one of the biggest and oldest marketplaces in Vienna. To the opera its around 600 meters, to Karls-church around 200 meters, "Musikverein", "Konzerthaus" as well as the sightseeings of Viennas inner city, many museums but also the beautiful art nouveau- (jugenstil) houses at Wienzeile are reachable by foot. Undergroundstation of U1 is 50 meters away. (2 stops to St.Stefans cathedral). Policestation, pharmacy, bank, post office, supermarkets as well as a "Kieser" trainingscenter are within a radius of under 200 meters. A children´s playground is infront of the house.
