Very well equipped apartment in a brilliant location. Tram and shops around the corner. Very friendly hosts. A real home away from home

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is in an extremely good residential area, very close to shops, groceries, pharmacy, Konditerai, and restaurants. It is very convenient to public transportation and taxis. The #38 tram line that goes to the city center is 2 minutes away. S-Bahn and bus access to other points of interest is very near. The airport is about 30 minutes by taxi. We plan to stay here again.

Dieses Apartment ist so schön, das ich eigentlich nur negative Bewertungen abgeben müsste, daß es immer für mich frei bleibt ! Doch für neue Gäste und die Gastgeberin muß ich jedoch ehrlich bleiben und kann für das gesamte Wohung und Umfeld eine eins plus abgeben. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist Top - mit Anschlüßen an das Öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz - Geschäfte, Restaurant und Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin gibt sich sehr viel Mühe - was will mann mehr !!! Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder !! PS. Ein Tip von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß zu den Lebensbäumen - ca. 1Std. Top Aussicht über Wien !

We spent a week in this apartment and we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Vienna. It is very comfortable with nice and new furniture, lovely green garden with flowers and birds. It is situated in very nice and quiet part of Vienna with convinient transport connections to the city center and to Grinzing and Kahlenberg. There are lovley cafes, small restaurants, shops, banks and everything you need for a perfect holiday. Special thanks to Frau Irene Winter for her kindness and hospitality

Die Wohnung hat meinem Mann und mir sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben schon mehrere Wohnungen in Wien ausprobiert, aber diese ist unser Favorit! Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, mit neuen Geräten und Möbeln geschmackvoll und mit einem Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet. Der kleine Garten mit Terrasse ist genauso hervorzuheben, wie die ruhige und sichere Lage in einer hübschen Wohnstraße. In dieser kann man auch kostenlos parken. Trotzdem sind alle nur denkbaren Geschäfte (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Drogerie, Cafes etc) wenige Schritte entfernt. Auch Tram und Schnellbahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und so kommt man nicht nur schnell und ohne Auto zum Heurigen nach Grinzing, sondern auch direkt ins Zentrum (z.B. Schottentor). Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut und sogar besser, als bei manchen zentral gelegenen Wohnungen. Familie Winter-Mörtl ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns hier willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank! Wir können die Wohnung allen empfehlen, die eine ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit den Annehmlichkeiten, aber ohne den Stress der Großstadt suchen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Mit meiner Tochter habe ich eine ganze Woche in Wien verbracht. Wir hatten ein vollgepacktes Besichtigungsprogramm, und da tat es gerade gut, in einem derart ruhigen Appartement zu wohnen. Wunderschön mit kleinem Gärtchen, viel Grün und Sonne, so war es dennoch kein Problem, schnell in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die Wohnung hat alles,was das Herz begehrt und noch einiges mehr, nur einen Katzensprung ist es bis zur Bäckerei, zur Bank und zum Kaffeehaus, Lebensmittelhändler und sogar ein kleiner Markt sind direkt um die Ecke. Und dann noch die Nähe zu Grinzing und zum Kahlenberg ... was will man sonst noch, außer dem Schlaraffenland vielleicht. Meinen Dank und meine Empfehlung, und so bald ich kann, komme ich wieder.
