chaleureux, appartement bien aménagé, chaînes françaises et internationales
accessibles, bonne literie, le métro est à 5' en voiture, puis 5' vers Schönbrunn ou 15'
direct vers le centre. Très bien donc pour visiter cette belle ville en famille. De belles
aires de jeu en haut de la colline pour les petits, pour les moments de repos. |

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und die Verbindungen zum Stadtzentrum sind sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Tickets für die Schlossbesichtigung und die Nahverkehrsmittel haben sie uns besorgt und lagen bei unserer Ankunft schon bereit. Auch waren Sie bemüht uns pesönliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt zu geben. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, 3 TV´s, mehrere Stereoanlagen und Computer (Internet) sowie Geschirrspüler stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben nichts vermisst und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt an Familie Gerl!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Sonnenweg sehr genossen. Unsere Unterkunft hatte alles zu bieten, was wir für uns und unsere drei kleinen Kinder benötigten. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, auch mit Kinderwagen, gut zu erreichen. Familie Gerl war stets ansprechbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir alle haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

- Ruhige Lage in angenehmem Wohngebiet
- Innenstadt problemlos mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr erreichbar (gute und häufige Verbindungen), Lage zu Zielen im Umland (Wienerwald) günstig
- Ansprechende, gemütliche und bequeme Möblierung (Sessel, Matratzen), aufmerksam und gut ausgestattet
- Sowohl für Kinder (z.B. Treppensicherung) als auch für ältere Ehepaare (z.B. mehrere Fernseher) und auch für längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet.

we would like to thank you again the wonderful summer accommodation, we often recall the nice
memories from the 'hillside house' as our children call it, and Laura and Marcell always tell the
stories about Aramis (in the school Marcell drew a nice picture of Aramis, that hangs on the wall of
the classroom!).
We wrote some words to the guestbook of the second link you sent to us, recommending the nice
house to everyone.
