The apartment is very nice and is located in the strict centre of Vienna. Very well connected with the underground and in walking distance to other transport facilities & with many stores and cash machine nearby.

The flat is in great condition, on the ground floor, fully equipped, incl. washing machine, dishwasher, TV & Wi-Fi, tableware & dishes etc.

Good contact with the landlord who was very helpful in getting us there.

Highly recommened!

Wir durften 4 wunderschöne Tage über Neujahr in einem komplett eingerichteten
Appartement geniessen. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum
Detail - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die U-Bahn
befindet sich ca. 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und nach 2 Stationen ist man
mitten im Stadtzentrum. Wir können die Wohnung allen empfehlen. Nicht Daheim und
doch zu Hause so kann man dieses Appartement beschreiben.

Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft - wir werden dies weiter empfehlen.

Nice apartment! Cetral situated. Clean. Quiet. Good contact with owner and local man.

Colourfull designed and complete interior. clean, quiet surrounding. Easy acces to towncenter, walking and U-bahn. Close to shops and restaurants.

For a second time I would chose the same apartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und überkomplett eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Der Standort nähe der U4 ist ideal gelegen. Die Informationen durch den Vermieter im voraus war so ausführlich, wie ich das noch nie erlebt habe. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe durch den Verwalter hat bestens funktioniert, er ist puenktlich erschienen.

Meine Eltern verbrachten 5 wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Die gesamte Abwicklung klappte problemlos, die Lage ist für eine Städtereise ideal - und die Wohnung an sich außerordentlich gemütlich, sauber und modern. Das Fazit meiner Eltern: Absolut empfehlenswert - egal für welches Alter!

Very nice apartment on a good location in Vienna. Walking distance to subway and bike
rental. I planned this trip together with my mother who is 69, and she had the holiday of a
lifetime. Also very nice to live among the "real" Vienna inhabitants instead of a hotel or a
holiday park.

Wir, Ehepaar 50+, haben uns bei unserem 10tägigen Wienaufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet und war bestens vorbereitet, sehr sauber, alle Gerätschaften vorhanden (wobei man als älterer Mensch fit sein sollte im Lesen von Bedienungsanleitungen und im intuitiven Bedienen moderner Elektrogeräte). Wir sind mit dem Flieger gekommen und brauchten absolut kein Auto (es gibt in Wien auch nirgendwo Parkplätze!) Mit der U-Bahn ist man in kürzester Zeit an jedem Punkt in Wien (Wochenkarte empfehlenswert!) Und über das kulturelle Angebot in Wien braucht man eigentlich keine Worte zu verlieren ... Kurzum: ein erholsamer und sehr anregender Aufenthalt.

I had a perfect stay in the Mollardgasse 77 apartment in Vienna this year, together with my wife and two daughters. The apartment lies in a secure neighbourhood, some ten minutes away from Stephans Dom and Schloss Schonbrunn, respectively. The vicinity offers quick access to the the public transport system (subway included), grocery stores, banks, restaurants, pharmacy. All the descriptive and information details, offered by the owner Peter Beer on the apartment and its surroundings, are perfectly realistic, and match 100%. The apartment is located in a very quiet building, first floor, with two access securing systems (building's main entrance and from the inner yard). It has a reasonably large terrace, perfect for having your coffee/tea and a smoke (if the case), was recently renovated and offers a complete variety of facilities, which make your stay easy and comfortable. Finally, I'd like to note Mr. Peter Beer's (the owner) friendliness, and Mr. Peter Ognjanovski's (the maintenance man) effectiveness. To sum up, we strongly recommend this apartment and will be here again in the future.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, neu, sauber, top ausgestattet, mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Kurze Entfernung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr, zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Einkaufen. Hervorragende Vorbereitung und Abwicklung der Buchung durch den Vermieter mit vielen Tipps (Restaurants, Einkaufen usw.), die sehr nützlich sind.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."

Wir können uns unseren Vorschreibern nur anschließen. Ein ganz tolles und gemütliches Appartment mit außergewöhnlicher Ausstattung. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wirklich empfehlenswert.
Die Abwicklung bezüglich Buchung und Betreuung vor Ort war völlig unkompliziert und klappte reibungslos. Beim nächstenmal gerne wieder.

Ein tolles Appartment. Trotz später Ankunft problemlose Übergabe (der Verwalter erwartete uns schon), und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet und absolut ruhige Lage, dabei aber sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Wenn Wien, dann wieder in diesem Appartment. Sehr empfehlenswert. Mit bestem Gruß aus Norddeutschland

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in dem wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts.
Es war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war auch sehr zentral. Optimale Verkehrsanbindung, selbst für ältere Menschen nicht zu anstrengend. Lebensmittelgeschäfte waren auch gleich um die Ecke.
Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein wunderschönes Appartment! Hier gibt es alles was man braucht. In Natura viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Den Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof konnten wir jeden Abend, nach ausgiebiger Stadtbesichtigung, genießen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Auch die Kaution wurde zeitnah zurückerstattet. Ich habe dieses Appartment schon vielen Freunden weiterempfohlen.
