All prices are quoted per night for 2 people for selfcatering holidays incl. of electricity, water, WiFi-Internet, teatowels, bedlinen and handtowels. Surcharge for 3. and 4. person EUR 10,-/night and person!
10% DISCOUNT for booking over 2 weeks! Long term rental rates for bookings over 4 weeks on request!
Additional costs:
There will be a surcharge of EUR 45,-/stay for the final cleaning after departure. Additional change of bedlinen and towels can be arrange on additional costs.
If requested an underground car parking space can be booked for EUR 9,-/night.
Refundable damage deposit EUR 200,-. This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)
Terms and conditionsBooking conditions:
A deposit of 50% of the total invoice (total rental price + damage deposit) will be required to secure your reservation.
The final payment is payable ONLY IN CASH in EURO at arrival!
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given before arrival date - loss of 50 % of rerservation payment.
2. between 56 - 29 days notice given before arrival date - loss of 80 % of rerservation payment.
3. between 28 - 01 days notice given before arrival date - loss of 100 % of rerservation payment.
Arrival/ Departure: Check-in is possibile after 16.00 o´clock. On departure day the apartment has to be left at 10.00 a.m. Unless other prior notice. In case of any arrivals between 22.30 and 08.00 o´clock there will be a surcharge of EUR 25,-.
Other arrival/ departure times can be arranged due to availability and pervious notice from your side. |
