Deposits

We do not collect any deposits on arrival. We trust you with the keys but please note that you would have to pay for replacement in case of loss.

Fees and extra Charges

If required:

Parking: Euro 7,-- per day.

Extra cleaning for stays with pets: Euro 30,--

Payment

We require an advance payment of 20% of the apartment price at booking. Rest is due at arrival. We accept payment in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Arrival and Departure

Arrival from 2:00pm
Departure until 10:30am

Othere arrival or departure times are also possible on appointment. We gladly store your luggage on earlier arrivals or later departures.

Cancellation

We accept cancellations only by e-mail or fax!

In case of cancellation of your reservation 21 days before your intended arrival we convert your advance payment into a voucher which is valid for a year and can be used for another booking of our apartments. If you cancel within 3 weeks of the intended arrival date there will be no refundation whatsoever
