It was brought up to a modern standard in 2009 and it is in a good condition and well looked after. The building is centrally located in the 3rd district, in a very quiet and safe residential area.
In its immediate vicinity (ca. 1 min.) there is the Botanical Garden, which leads directly to the Belvedere Castle through a pleasant walk. The Schwarzenbergplatz square, signaled with chains of light at night, can be found close to this area as well as the Hochstrahlbrunnen fountain, a highlight for both children and grown-ups.
