The security gurantee is € 250,- and needs also to be payed at your arrival.

Fees and extra Charges

From 01.01.2013 on we add 3,2% city tax.

Payment

For booking you must accomplish 30 % of advance payment on our bank account and the leftover of the amount is falling due your arrival and the handing over of the key

Arrival and Departure

As per agreement.

Cancellation

The cancelation is changed into a voucher if the renter is cancelling the booking before 14 days before arrival. This voucher is valid within the next 12 months. Is the cancelation within 14 days before arrival then the advance payment is credited to the owner of the apartments.
