Buchung war unkompliziert. Leicht zu finden. Vermieter sehr freundlich.
Das Appartement selbst war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Viel Infomaterial über Wien. Selbst der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Anbindung an Öffis ist gut. Alles zusammen top.
Kommen gerne wieder. Volle Punktzahl. |

wrote on 14th May 2011 into the guestbook of this apartment ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | | Im April verlebten wir eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Weithofer.Die Wohnung war uns schon von früheren Wienbesuchen bekannt,deshalb kommen wir immer gerne wieder.Uns gefällt besonders die ruhige Lage im Grünen,trotzdem ist man Dank der guten Verkehrsanbindung schnell in der Stadt.Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist an alles gedacht,sogar Getränke,Obst und Ostereier standen für uns bereit.Wir fanden Flyer und Stadtpläne vor und Mappen mit vielerlei hilfreichen Informationen. Wir sagen der netten Familie Weithofer vielen Dank. Die Drei Damen aus Wolfenbüttel. |

Die kleinen Details beeindruckten uns: Schirme, Wärmflasche, Schuhanzieher in verschiedenen Längen - und Mozartkugeln für die Gäste. Was will man mehr? Ach ja, natürlich, freundliche und hilfbereite Gastgeber. Auch die haben wir in der Schlöglgasse gefunden.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar Kaffee, Getränke
und Obst waren vorhanden.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und nett.
Meine Tochter war auch begeistert.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben es nach unserem 10ten Besuch in Wien gefunden. Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Eine 4+ für das Apartement. Ein Dankeschön und eine 4+ für die Famlie Weithofer.

wrote on 21st May 2010 into the guestbook of this apartment ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | | zum wiederholten male war ich gast in der gemütlichen wohnung von familie weithofer (diesmal ende april), in der es wirklich an nichts fehlt, um nach dem aufenthalt in wien und umgebung ruhepausen und erholung zu finden. die lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch nur weniger als eine halbe stunde fahrzeit vom zentrum entfernt. neben einem süßen begrüßungshupferl lagen alle nur denkbaren informationen. flyer und stadtpläne bereit. die gesamte ausstattung läßt keinen wunsch offen. man wird umsichtig und freundlichst betreut ohne jede aufdringlichkeit, wahrlich ein ort zum wohlfühlen. ich werde gerne wiederkommen, sage vielen dank für alle aufmerksamkeiten und sende herzliche grüße aus baden-württemberg. |

Trolley #62 takes you straight to center of city (Opera). Total travel time a little less than half an hour. For faster trip take the trolley 3 stops to the U-Bahn (subway).
Parking is on the street. We parked the car and used public transportation during our stay. However, every time we walked around the block there always seemed to be some open space for street parking.
I have rented apartments for a few days in 6 European countries in the last few years, but this apartment is BY FAR the best equipped of all ! Besides many of the more or less usual stuff (washing machine, both drip and espresso coffee makers, for example) I found many items provided that one did not expect but appreciates. A few examples :
Q-tips, 3 umbrellas, 2 shoehorns, shoe brush and polish, etc. There's even a prepaid cell phone for your use (for calls inside Austria only, €0.2 per minute).
Sparkling clean.
The owners live on the same floor right across from the rental apartment. They are most helpful. They speak English.
The price is €70 per night for two adults. Each additional adult is €20. |

E' spazioso, molto ben tenuto e fornito di tutto ciò che può sevire per un soggiorno breve o lungo. Da sottolineare la disponibilità di utensili da cucina (di solito abbastanza carenti) per tutte le esigenze.
I signori Weithofer sono molto gentili e si prendono cura degli ospiti in modo eccellente. Sono organizzati per tutto ciò che può servire per aiutare l'ospite ad avere un soggiorno piacevole in città.
L'appartamento non è in centro ma questo può essere comodamente raggiunto in tram o in treno in circa 30 minuti.
Sicuramente torneremo a trovare i signori Weithofer e mi sento di consigliare l'appartamento a tutti coloro che si recheranno a Vienna. |

Alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt und die Familie Weithofer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. |

Wir brauchten eigentlich kein so tolles Quartier, da wir hauptsächlich auf der Suche nach einer funktionierenden Dusche in nächster Nähe zu unserer Wohnung waren.
Dementsprechend waren unsere 2 Mädels (11 u. 13. J.) ebenso wie wir Eltern über das schöne 4-Stern Appartement mit überkompletter Ausstattung überrascht.
Die Einrichtung ist gediegen, sehr gemütlich und alle Geräte funktionieren perfekt. Sogar alltägliche Dinge wie Zucker, Salz, Alufolie, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspülmittel, Nähzeug und vieles mehr sind vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer findet man Bücher von der Chronik Wiens bis zu Krimis.
Sauberkeit ist top und in diesem Ausmaß nicht zu erwarten.
Die Vermieterin, Frau Weithofer, ist überaus professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können das Appartement ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen, ob als Ausweichwohnung wie in unserem Fall oder als idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Wien-Urlaub.

wrote on 19th May 2009 into the guestbook of this apartment ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | Selbst als Wienerin kann man einmal in die Lage kommen, einige Tage einen Unterschlupf zu benötigen. Da kann man nur von Glück sprechen, wenn man in diesem Fall bei Familie Weithofer landet.
Freundlichkeit, Zuvorkommenheit, Hilfsbereitschaft, aber in keinster Weise Aufdringlichkeit erwarten einen dort. In dem Appartment findet man außerdem alle Kleinigkeiten die man zum Leben braucht.
Ich bedanke mich daher sehr herzlich für die schönen Tage! |

The kitchen is completely equiped, there is everything for babies and the Weithofer family has thinked about everything (even umbrellas for the rainy days!) The zone is very quiet and silent. The apartment is very clean. The Weithofer family is very kind and helpful. We have been in the apartment twice (once in May 2006 and once in January 2009) and we are very satisfied with the accomodation. / L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort utili per il proprio soggiorno a Vienna. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, ci sono attrezzature per i bambini e la famiglia Weithofer ha pensato proprio a tutto (anche agli ombrelli in caso di pioggia!) La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L'appartamento è molto pulito. La famiglia Weithofer è molto gentile e pronta a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per il proprio soggiorno. Siamo stati nell'appartamento due volte (in maggio 2006 e in gennaio 2009) e siamo molto contenti di averlo scelto. |
