It is a clean apartment. The landlady is a good person. Elevator is great. Church bell is noisy.
Landlord's comment: Information an Gäste: Die Kirchenglocken läuten ausschließlich zu Mittag (12:00h) und 1x am Abend um 19:00 Uhr - und das jedes Mal sehr kurz. Sie sind also in Ihrer Nachtruhe keinesfalls gestört! Additional info for our guests: the church bell only is ringing at noon (12:00) and once in the evening at 7:00pm - no other time!! So during night it is absolutely calm in our apartment!

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beklagen. Das Appartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Verkehrsverbindugen sind exzellent, man kommt eigentlich überall hin, ohne wirklich weit gehen zu müssen. Das Innere ist in perfektem Zustand, sauber und rundum ausgestattet. Frau Lausecker war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab uns viele gute Tips für die Umgebung. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und werden sicher wieder kommen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
There is nothing to complain about. The Appartment is located in a quiet and lovely area. It's also easy and convenient to go anywhere in Vienna, thanks to the nearby Underground station. The interior is in perfect condition, clean and well-equipped. Mrs Lausecker was really friendly and helfpful, providing us with useful information for the vicinity. We were absolutely satisfied and will definitely consider coming again. All in all, it is really recommendable.
