We stayed over Christmas 2011 with our Jack Russell, Thor. Our apartment was wonderful, very clean, and great amenities. Location is great, Ubahn station is right out the front door of the building. Beatrix is a fantastic landlady, very easy to work with and very friendly. The family also has a great restaurant in the building as well which serves very good local cuisine, We recommend Family Walkner's apartments very highly and cannot wait to come back for another stay.

L'appartamento è nuovo e pulitissimo, in un quartiere tranquillo e in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Vienna (praticamente la fermata della metro è di fronte all'appartamento). Gentilissima la proprietaria!

Liebe Frau Walkner und die ganze Familie, Vielen Dank fur die nette und saubere Appartement (C) und die Freundlichkeit während unsere Aufenthalt in Wien von 10. bis 18. Juli 2010. Es war unsere 5. Besuch in Wien und wir kommen mal wieder. Die Lage Ihrer Appartements ist doch ideal fur Wien-Besucher und alles war sonst auch so gut man kan hoffen!

We rented appartements A and C, we really spent good time in this place. Everything is provided inside the fltats. The location is very convenient, just in front of metro and tramway stations. Thank you very much !!

Wir waren für 11 Tage in Wien und haben uns im Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Neben der U-Bahn vor der Haustür ist es auch nur ein paar Schritte zur Strassenbahn. Unten im Haus betreibt die Familie Walkner auch eine Gastronomie, hier haben wir am Abend sehr gut essen und trinken können. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und können diese Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.

Seit mehr als 20 Jahren besuchen wir Wien und freuen uns darüber, die Appartements der Familie Walkner als Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Die Begrüßung durch Frau Walkner war freundlich, ihre Informationen über Wien weitreichend und hilfreich.
Das Appartement war nicht nur zweckmäßig, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet, es war bis in die kleinste Ecke blitzblank und das Bett perfekt für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Die Infrastruktur rund um das Appartement ist super (Hofer/Aldi und Sparmarkt direkt über die Straße, genau wie ein Bäcker etc.).
Die direkt vor der Haustür gelegene (jetzt fertige) U-Bahnstation ist perfekt für das Erkunden von Wien mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Dank der gut organisierten U-Bahn kommt man in kürzester Zeit quer durch ganz Wien. Wunderbar!
Wir haben uns bei Familie Walkner sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We rented a two bedroom apartment and a studio for a family reunion for a September week in Vienna. EWhat a great place! the apartments were clean, bright, and well-located. We were delighted.
