The 105 m2 apartment is situated on 5th floor (elevator) of an apartment house with view to the Viennese mountain Leopoldsberg. It is comfortably furnished and can be occupied by up to eight persons. The flat consists of 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms,2 WC, balcony and the anteroom.

If required and if available we can offer one parking garage in the building for free.
