Elisa and Ed are very friendly and they will do all that is possible to welcome you. The apartment is very spacious and modern and has all the commodities that you need for a long or short stay. |

Ferienwohnung Burggasse 105 von Fam. Kramer. Es waren
sehr schöne Tage, mit bedingt durch die zentrale Lage,
die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die schöne
Stadt und in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir uns
wie daheim gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder. |

Mr. Kramer was a pleasure, and waited for 1/2 hour for my family of 7 to arrive (we had gotten lost). He gave us helpful advice on parking as well as sightseeing. The bus stop is right outside the apartment, very convenient. The apartment was clean, fully stocked with linens and kitchenware, and very warm and homey. There is a computer with internet access (a hot commodity!) in the living room. Eateries and grocieries are on the same block. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Burgasse and the Kramers' hospitality. I would DEFINITELY stay here again if/when I come back to Wien! |

It is a very nice apartment, well furnished, clean, comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed for 5 people and the computer with internet was of great help for searching the information needed. The bus station was just in front of the building and in few minutes one can get to the Ring.
We all, including the kid of 9 and our mothers of over 60 enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, Fam. Kramer! |

wrote on 9th August 2009 into the guestbook of this apartment ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | Anfang August 2009 haben wir die Wohnung für einige Tage für uns (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) angemietet.
Die Wohnung entspricht durchaus der Beschreibung, die Schlafzimmer mit Lage zum Hinterhof sind sehr ruhig.
Nach vorne zur Burggasse war es schon deutlich lauter, da die Fenster wegen des guten Wetters offen standen (war aber auszuhalten). Hierfür ist natürlich die zentrumsnahe Lage mit dem zugehörigen Verkehr verantwortlich, welche sich aber andererseits bezahlt macht.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist mehr als ausreichend und wir bekamen das Apartment sauber und "wohnklar" übergeben. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und freundlich.
Die Anbindung mit Bus, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn ist hervorragend.
In der Summe lässt sich sagen, dass die Wohnung uns durchaus ihr Geld wert war, wir würden diese jederzeit ohne Bedenken wieder nehmen. |

Die Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof waren sehr ruhig, die Küche mit viel Stauraum und kompletter Ausstattung versehen. Drei Fernseher und die bequeme Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer ließen eine individuelle Gestaltung der Ausruhphasen nach dem jeweiligen Tagesprogramm zu. Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung waren erstklassig. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine Vielzahl preiwerter Restaurants.
Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen! |
