Fünf gelungene Tage in Wien - Dank an unseren Vermieter Herrn Manescu (the brain of touristinformation) -- immer hilfsbereit und fast allwissend. Er hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen inclusive der dazugehörigen Computer-Ausdrucke ausgestattet. Soviel Service findet man selten.
Das Appartment ist sauber und ordentlich -- mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet.
Die verkehrstechnische Anbindung fanden wir optimal. Beim nächsten Wienbesuch hoffen wir wieder hier unterzukommen.

Eine Woche wohnten wir in einem sehr sauberen, nett eingerichteten Appartement bei Fam. Manescu. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen, die wir für unseren 7tägigen Aufenthalt in Wien benötigten, ausgestattet. Fam. Manescu wohnt im Haus und ist zu jeder Zeit Ansprechpartner, Vermittler und kompetenter Berater. Hilfsbereitschaft wird sehr groß geschrieben und die freundliche Atmosphäre liesen uns ein
paar sehr schöne Tage in Wien verleben.
Dieses Haus mit Fam. Manescu liegt zentral, hat gute Verkehrsanbindungen in alle Richtungen und einen Vermieter mit vielen guten Tipps.
Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Cazarea intr-un apartament al Fam. Manescu a fost din toate punctele de vedere o reusita, bucurandu-ne de spatiul generos, curatenia desavarsita si linistea odihnitoare dupa zilele de plimbare prin Viena. Posibilitatea parcarii autoturismului este de asemenea un atuu important, de asemenea cele 2 statii de metrou din apropiere. Multumim si pentru sfaturile primite pentru obiectivele de vizitat sau legate de cumparaturi. Fam. Barbu

Me, my wife and our two sons have stayed in the Marchfeldstrasse/Manescu building for 5 days in July 2010 and we felt ourselves very much like home in this clean and comfortable apartment. The location is perfect: close to super markets, restaurants and public transportation which is very well organised in Vienna. Very convenient that you can park your car in the garage in the building! The days we were there is was extremeley hot weather but we were able to keep cool with the airconditioner. The Housekeeper Mr Manescu is a real treasure: always willing to help and he has the best advices for good places to eat (for reasonable prices) to go shopping, make trips etcetera and provides you with all the maps and information you need and more. Do not take the traveling guides for granted: Mr. Manescu knows it better! We hope to return soon, and we will totally recommend this place to our friends. Das gepflegte und saubere Apartment liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von Straßenbahn und U-Bahn, Supermarkt und Bäcker nur wenige Meter entfernt. Zur Extraklasse gehört der Vermieter, Herr Manescu: gastfreundlich, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, voller guter Tipps. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Als Glücksgriff zum Wienbesuch hat sich die Wahl einer Wohnung der Familie Manescu erwiesen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet (Gewürze o. Ä. ist nicht vorhanden) und alle vorhandenen Geräte funktionieren auch tadellos. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr guten, ziemlich neuen Matratzen. Das die 2 ausgeschriebenen Schlafzimmer auch tatsächlich 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer sind, muß eigentlich garnicht extra erwähnt werden.
Verkehrstechnisch liegt die Wohnung optimal, keine 5 min von einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie 2 entfernt, die direkt ins Zentrum führt.
Das Highlight aber ist Herr Manescu selbst. Er ist zu jeder Zeit für seine Gäste da, bereit Tips zu geben, Verkehrsverbindungen am Computer auszudrucken, Karten für Veranstaltungen zu organisieren oder Ähnliches mehr. Selbstredend ist er rund um die Uhr telefonisch erreichbar. sollte ich wieder einmal in Wien sein, weiß ich jetzt schon wo ich wohnen werde. Man kann der Familie Manescu nur ein "weiter so" zurufen und ihre Wohnungen bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Familia noastra compusa din 4 persoane a petrecut un concediu de vis in Viena intre 29 si 31 iulie 2009 multumita familiei Manescu care ne-a asigurat cazarea intr-un apartament foarte elegant, foarte curat si cu multa liniste.
Multumim de asemenea d-lui Rudolf pentru informatiile si indicatiile oferite legate de cele mai importante obiective turistice, precum si detaliile privind transportul in comun.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung im Hause Manescu sehr wohl gefuehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.

In der gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir uns während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohlgefühlt. Der hilfsbereite und auskunftsfreudige Herr Manescu hat dazu beigetragen, daß wir sehr gern an Wien denken und gern wiederkommen möchten.
