Verkehrsmittel (Bus) ist gut, Parkplätze gibt es vor der Tür, und es ist sehr angenehm, in so einem schönen Wiener Bezirk wohnen zu dürfen. |

Dichtbij de autotrade en bij een metrostation en met alles in de buurt (bakkerij en winkels). Wenen is een prachtige stad en vanuit villa Patzak kan je zonder zelf je auto te moeten gebruiken overal heen. Het verblijf zelf heeft alle comfort. Leuk om ook over sateliet-TV te beschikken en internetaansluiting. Zo heb je contact met het thuisfront indien nodig. Ook de "bibliotheek" van de villa, met vele boeken en folders over Wenen en Oostenrijk is erg nuttig gebleken. Prima verblijfplaats voor wie Wenen wil bezoeken en 's avonds een rustige stek wil vinden, weg van het stadsgewoel. |

Mr. Kramer was a pleasure, and waited for 1/2 hour for my family of 7 to arrive (we had gotten lost). He gave us helpful advice on parking as well as sightseeing. The bus stop is right outside the apartment, very convenient. The apartment was clean, fully stocked with linens and kitchenware, and very warm and homey. There is a computer with internet access (a hot commodity!) in the living room. Eateries and grocieries are on the same block. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Burgasse and the Kramers' hospitality. I would DEFINITELY stay here again if/when I come back to Wien! |

The apartment is located in a convenient inhabited place. We were glad that this is not the tourist place . It is very easy to reach any place in Vienna. The bus goes to the center to Museum quarter, to the Ring. Westbahnhof is nearby (a tram 5). Fine court yard is visible from windows. The apartment is convenient and fully equiped. Elisa (the owner) was kind and met us early in the morning. Owners are very benevolent and constructive.

Es ist alles da,was man braucht. Frische Brötchen für das Frühstück gibt es beim nahen Bäcker. Das Auto kann man stehen lassen, weil mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln alles zu erreichen ist. |

Als was auf den Fotos gezeigt wird is wahr und die Wohnung sieht tatsaechlich so aus. Dazu sehr gute Ausstattung - alles was man zum Wohnen braucht.
Toller Aufenthalt dank dieses Apartments in Wien - Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen - ich empfehle es weiter allen.

Appartment. Komplett eingerichtet alles da was man für
einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Herrliche Betten, vollkommen

We are a couple with a young daughter who wanted to spend some days in Vienna, to visit places, interested in this capital and its surroundings, and to experience the culture and Viennese food. But we also wanted to take our time to relax "at home". Therefore we decided to lodge in Fechergasse Apartments.
The location is perfect, because we were away from the bustle of the tourist area of Vienna, but only two metro stops or 15 minutes by tram from the historical city centre. We had very close supermarkets, banks, restaurants, all kinds of shops...
The apartments are newly renovated and located in a typical Viennese building. There is a lift, the furniture are practical and comfortable, two wardrobes, a comfortable bedroom, a very large living room with kitchen and dishwasher, a full bathroom and, above all, a beautiful terrace (with table, chairs and parasol), and we had free WiFi. We also had free access to the washing machine.
The service was very careful, answering all questions that we had (thanks Christian), including tourist questions!
They offered us a clean and efficient taxi service to the airport (arrival and departure) at a price equivalent to the train.
In short, we spent 10 days like at home (that was our main objective.) It was like our home was moved to the city of Vienna during the summer holidays. Now we need to repeat in the winter! |

Es war sehr freundlich und dabei sehr unauffaellig, gruen und ruhing, aber auch mit einer komfortablen Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Im Apartment gab es viele kleine Dinge, die das Leben weg von zu Hause bequemer machen. Wir hatten ein Kind (1.5 Jahre) mit uns und alles hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank!!! |

From the very first moment we felt very welcome. The hosts were very friendly but at the same time we had lots of privacy. It's a nice green and quiet place but very well connected to the city center. There are lots of small things in the apartment which make life away from home so much easier - especially if you travel with a child (we had a 1.5 years old boy with us). We certainly recommend this place to other visitors!!! |
Apartment Neustiftgasse D
Guests from Santa Lucía (Gran Canaria) (Vecindario) wrote on 16th August 2010 into the guestbook ... | Rating: 4 of 4 | El apartamento está muy bien situado, solo a unos minutos de Volksteather y Museum Quartier (metro U2 y U3). En 10 minutos se llega al Hofburg, Volksgarten y Burggarten, y de ahí a la zona del ayuntamiento es un paseo. Es ideal para recorrer la ciudad a pie, aunque se puede tomar el bus si se está muy cansado (el 48A para en la misma puerta (parada Neubaugasse/Neustifgasse). Para ir al centro se puede tomar el mismo bus en Burggasse).
El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo, pero está muy bien equipado (lavadora, lavavajillas...) y conservado.
Hay supermercados cerca: Spar en Neubaugasse 25 y Billa en Mariahilferstrasse 35. Además, quedan muy cerca el Centimeter II (Stiftgasse 4) y el 7 Stern Brau (Siebensterngasse 19), donde ponen unas raciones enormes de comida y se bebe buena cerveza.
Elisa y Edmund fueron siempre muy amables, contestando nuestros correos con mucha rapidez y amabilidad. Además, Elisa fue muy amable al esperarnos, pues llegamos con un poco de retraso, y al intentar hablarnos en español.
Si volvemos a Viena, repetiremos en este piso.
