Everything was to our liking: the lively neighbourhood with all the shops and the market, the vicinity of the city center, and especially the spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable apartment itself. We really felt at home!
Ms. Yazaki welcomed us cheerfully, was there again at check-out, everything went so smoothly. For a next time this will be our favourite place to stay.

Wir hatten das Glück das Appartement Nr. 3 (Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer mit Einbauküche) zu bewohnen. Wir haben (zwei Erwachsenen und ein Säugling) in diesem Appartement 5 Wochen lang gewohnt und waren mit ALLEM super zufrieden. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber, hell und schön ausgestattet. Ein Babybett stand im Schlafzimmer. Alles das, was man für die 5 Wochen brauchte, war vorhanden, auch Küchenutensilien wie Toaster, Kaffemaschine, Töpfe, Besteck und Geschirr. Der Besitzer der Appartementanlage hatte bei Fragen oder Problemen immer Zeit für uns gehabt und alle Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Bei der Ankunft hat der uns einen Stadtplan von Wien ausgehändigt und Tipps zur Stadtbesichtigung gegeben. Von der Appartementanlage bin ich (mit dem Kinderwagen) mit der Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt gefahren. Die Haltestelle ist ca. 2 min zu Fuß vom Appartement entfernt und bis in die Innenstadt brauchte ich ca. 15 min. In der Nähe befinden sich etliche Geschäfte, wo man Lebensmittel einkaufen kann (für einen längeren Aufenthalt wichtig). Auch Bäckereien gibt es in der Nähe genügend. Die Appartementanlage besitzt einen kleinen Innenhof (mit einem Tisch und Stühlen), wo ich mal ab und zu ein Buch lesen konnte. Der Internetzugang ist hier kostenlos und schnell.
Wir würden diese Appartementanlage zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

They are clean, bright and well appointed. We found the commute to downtown Vienna to be very easy and fast (15 minutes by trian and even less by car). Korneuburg itself is charming - great cafes and supermarket near by. Mrs. Gutmann was also a great help on giving advice on what to do and see in Vienna. |

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Wien und fühlten uns in Ihrer Wohnung sehr wohl. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und informiert. Ganz toll fanden wir die vorbereiteten Karte mit eingezeichneten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Museen und Verkehrsanbindungen, die uns bei Ankunft ausgehändigt wurde.
Wir fanden eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere, freundliche und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vor.
Die tollen Fotos auf Ihrer Hompage halten wirklich was sie versprechen!
Zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung verkehrstechnisch ausgezeichnet.
Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!
Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Especially the location, which is absolutely fantastic. 1/2 block from the Naschmarkt, 3 blocks from the Opera House, 1/2 block from the U-Bahn, close enough to walk almost everywhere in the city. Would suit two couples quite well. Kitchen very workable, and of course, so close to already prepared foods that there is no necessity to cook, at all! I've stayed here at least 4 times, and would consider no other place in Vienna! Clean and comfortable and the lift eases the strain on tired feet at the end of the day. A perfect retreat in a beautiful city. |

The appartment was well equipped and if anything was missing Mrs Rothauer was always available to help out! She was an excellent landlady, caring, thoughtful and easily accessible. The apartment is in an extremely good residential area, very close to shops, groceries, pharmacy, Konditerai, and restaurants. It is very convenient to public transportation and taxis. The #38 tram line that goes to the city center is 2 minutes away. S-Bahn and bus access to other points of interest is very near. The airport is about 30 minutes by taxi. We plan to stay here again. |
