Message to scammers ...

Unfortunately not all our customers which are sending enquiries to our landlords are "real" guests and are planning to have a nice time in Vienna.

Some of them in fact are not planning to come and stay in Vienna at all - instead they have just one thing in mind: They want to rip-off our landlords with faked inquiries, faked identities, uncovered cheques and uncovered payments. There are various methods and stories behind these frauds. We know all of them.

Therefore - if you are planning to do this ... listen carefully:

You are wasting your time!

Because our landlords know all the tricks and all the stories. So if you want to place for example the good old overpayment-scam ...

Keep one thing in mind:

Our landlords will never ever forward money that you have sent to them in advance (with your uncovered cheque or uncovered wire-transfer) to someone else!

They will never do this. The planned rip-off will not work. And if you try to put pressure on them they will inform the local authorities immediately.

You see: You can't place your scam with our landlords. You are just wasting your time - and our's.

Therefore, please: Don't do that.
