Introducing the private Viennese landlords ...
Why do we have only posetive feedback from your guests?When we accept a new Landlord on our homepage, we pride ourselves on quality and friendliness, after all we are not a mere data bank supplier! We are truly concerned with top quality. Additionally, if a Landlord receives at least two genuine complaints, we immediately remove him from our homepage. This explains our positive guest feedback and justifies the title "Elite Landlord of Vienna".Classification (Star Rating)Apartment Service Vienna attach great importance to quality fixtures and fittings in the flats which must satisfy our stringent rating system. Additionally, we expect a friendly attitude and warm welcome to our guests. If any of these criteria are lacking, then the apartment is withdrawn from the homepage. At present, our apartments/holiday flats are rated with three and four stars (represented by musical notes).Videos are out, MP3, DVD and VoIP are in. Many of our landlords have already updated their technology. For this reason, we too are developing a new assessment/appraisal system which will take into account these new technologies. In order to offer more transparecny, guests shall also be able to have a look at the assessment criteria. Why are not all apartments rated?In a way, the Internet has actually outstripped the rating system. It has made it rather obsolete. Once upon a time, a snapshot of the property with the rating alongside it proved sufficient. This did reduce costs. Nowadays five to ten photos of the interior on the Internet only costs a fraction of the printing cost.Besides the Rating Committee is not able to judge from only one quick photo whether the flat continuously is kept clean and how friendly a Landlord is. It goes without saying though that a survey repeated two or three years later, will be accurate. But what happens in the meantime? That is why we have introduced a Visitors Book on "www.apartment.at". Every guest has the opportunity, week by week, to make their comments. We feel that pictures on the Internet, together with the "Visitors Book" give more reliable up to date information than a picture of the "star" rating. Another reason for not having a rating system, is of course, the additonal cost. Time as well as the appropriate symbols and charts have their price! For this reason we have decided to leave it up to the Landlord which system to go for. We feel that the guest evaluation is the more helpful!
