adults and two children, 8 months and 2 years. It was a great week in Vienna.
The apartment is wonderful, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything
necessary, that only may be needed. The apartment is very warm, though the
temperature in the street was about zero. The hostess is very friendly and
attentive. Apartment location is wonderful. We walked with a stroller to the
center, and subway station is very close. iI'm sure, we will return to Vienna and
stayed in this lovely apartment. |
Apartment Herzmansky

positiv darüber berichten. Sehr sauber, leise, gemütlich und wunderbar bewohnbar zu
zweit oder sogar zu dritt. Die Ausstattung ist zeitgemäß schön und in der Küche fehlt es
an nichts. Ebenso das komplette Haus ist sehr angenehm, sehr sauber und gut gelegen.
Wie in der Info schon erwähnt liegt gleich eine S-Bahn Station vor dem Haus. Damit gibt
es eine gute Verbindung mit dem Zentrum der Stadt und den Metrolinien der Stadt. In
der Nähe (5min.) gibt es ein größeres Einkaufscenter, sogar mit einem angeschlossenem
Kinocenter. Also wie gesagt, dieses Apartement kann man nur empfehlen. Danke für den
angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Herzmanskystrasse.

style furniture and is very clean and full kitchen utensils and many of the furniture from IKEA.
I lived in the apartment for a month complete with my family and did not I feel far from my house because everything was organized and you will Find all the needs of grocery stores near you and restaurants and public transport as well as I hope to go back to live again quite quickly |

Habe mich in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und würde sie weiterempfehlen. |

We were VERY happy with our stay. At our arrival there was some kind of mix-up with our arrival date and no one was there to meet us. It was quickly solved, however, and the rest of our stay was excellent. The apartment was fresh, clean and quiet with a lot of space. We were surprised to find more things available than we had expected; a children's chair, soap and shampoo, washing powder, washing-up liquid, a lot of equipment in the kitchen etc We already knew that the apartment was perfectly situated, 5 minutes' walk from Maria Hilferstraße and 10 minutes from Museums Quartier. Very quick email responses from the owner before going, as well. We would be happy to stay in Apartment Westbahn again and gladly recommend it to everyone else! |

Walking distance to metro station and train station also. Many shops nearby. Only 2 stations from Stephanplatz.

Colourfull designed and complete interior. clean, quiet surrounding. Easy acces to towncenter, walking and U-bahn. Close to shops and restaurants.
For a second time I would chose the same apartment. |

bis 22.12.2011 gebucht (Bruder mit Frau um die 40 und meine Eltern um die 70). Alle
waren sehr begeistert von dem Apartment.Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Nicht nur
Wäsche sondern auch Details wie Schokofondue, Kaffeekapseln, feuchtes
Toilettenpapier, Zettel, Stifte, Radiergummi, die Liste könnte man unendlich fortsetzen.
Es war unglaublich sauber, selbst das Besteck in der Küche war penibel sortiert :)
Mit viel Liebe waren alle Zimmer weihnachtlich geschmückt.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
Wer sich oder seinen Lieben etwas Gutes tun möchte, kann ohne Sorgen diese Apartments buchen. Meine Familie wird wieder kommen und gerne wieder bei Familie
Kaminek buchen.
Die Apartments liegen in der 3.Etage in einen Haus ohne Lift, was aber meinen Eltern (71
und 77 Jahre) nichts ausmachte, also auch ältere Urlauber werden keine Probleme haben.

Der Standort nähe der U4 ist ideal gelegen. Die Informationen durch den Vermieter im voraus war so ausführlich, wie ich das noch nie erlebt habe. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe durch den Verwalter hat bestens funktioniert, er ist puenktlich erschienen. |

Appartement ALMIAN

I highly recommend the apartment and the landlords. The apartment is well appointed, in a quiet building, easily accessible and directly next to the Ubahn station. You can get anywhere that you want to go in Vienna very conveniently from this apartment. It is also a 2 minute walking distance to a number of convenient stores at which you can purchase living supplies, like the drug store, grocery and other. Finally, these landlords are the kindest and most hospitable people. We found the Hauers to be extremely helpful, responsive and lovely people. |

fact that shopping was available right downstairs. Everything is within a few minutes'
walk, and transportation to town was very close. The owner was very helpful and
accommodating.
The kitchen was stacked with enough dishes (even food) to prepare meals. There were
extra towels, and an English channel on TV. In September we sat outside in the little
garden and relaxed. Thanks for a home away from home..... |

Die Lage ist ideal - zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an der Mariahilfer Straße und in 15 Minuten im Museumsquartier und wer nicht fußfaul ist, schafft es auch problemlos, sich die Innenstadt zu erwandern. Wer's gemütlicher mag, der nimmt die Straßenbahn gleich vor der Haustüre oder die U-Bahn. Bäckerei und Billa befinden sich gleich gegenüber und ein Zielpunkt (in DE: Plus) ist auch in der Nähe. Dazu ein freundlicher Empfang, Schokolade im Wohnzimmer, Gummibärchen auf dem Kopfkissen und eine großzügige "Erstausstattung" im Kühlschrank - netter hätte ich mir den Aufenthalt nicht wünschen können. Gerne wieder! |

Also it's worth to mention a great location - just across the street there is U2 underground station; so it took us 10 minutes to get to the city center. Prater park with all it's attractions is in a walking distance from here. To get to the airport we just had to walk to the Prater railway station (5 min) and took direct S7 train to Schwehat.
I would definitely recommend this place for staying in Vienna. |

and had a lovely time. The furnishings were nice, everything was clean, and the terms
were fair. Elisabeth Zasteria was an accommodating host, providing good information
about the neighborhood, and replenishing a few supplies that ran low. The apartment is
quite close to the Rathaus, which leads to the city center & U-Bahn, but the
neighborhood is quiet & peaceful (if not the most picturesque part of the city). One of
the bedrooms is quite spacious, the other is quite small, but it worked fine for us. Note
that the lift is very small (we only used it to transport luggage), so be prepared to
climb 3 flights of stairs when coming & going. Definitely recommended! |

Es war ein Super Aufenthalt. Herr Heill ist sehr nett und freundlich, alles hat geklappt. Das Apartment hat eine sehr günstige Lage, das Zentrum mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuss erreichen. Man kann in der Nähe im Stadtpark oder dem Donaukanal entlang spazieren. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komplett, das Apartment ist geräumig und ruhig, trotz dem Verkehr aussen. Wir werden es jeder empfehlen. |

Ferien Apartment - Ernst Rast
Gäste aus Torbole sul Garda (Italien) schrieben am 11.11.2011 in das Gästebuch ... | Bewertung: 4 von 4 | Wir verbringen nun schon seit Jahren unsere Wien-Aufenthalte in diesem Apartment und kommen immer wieder sehr gerne zurueck, fast schon ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, gemuetlich und zentral. Nur ein paar Schritte und man befindet sich direkt in der Mariahilferstrasse, der beruehmtesten Einkaufsstrasse Wiens, auch die U-Bahn-Station befindet sich dort (nur 4 Stationen bis zum Stephansplatz). Der Vermieter, Herr Rast, ist immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren naechsten Wien-Urlaub im Dezember!
