Today I have a very practical and fine business for you, "Vom Fass" (from the barrel). Because here you get fine oils, vinegar, wine and much more bottled straight from the barrel, and can also take only very small amounts. This is especially handy if you are in Vienna only for a short time, like cooking by yourself in your apartment but do not want to carry lots of heavy bottles home from the supermarket.

We sell more than one hundred liquid specialties: sweet and sour balsamic vinegars, high quality oils, fruity and creamy liqueurs, selected precious fruit brandies and grappas, matured in wooden barrels spirits such as whiskey, rum, brandy, Calvados and fine wines. In addition, we offer aromatic spice mixes, chutneys, mustards, pasta etc.
What is so special about your product?
Our liquid specialties, we fill in the desired quantity fresh for our customers from - you can also bring your own bottles. Before buying the products can all be tasted.
How did you get the idea to make exactly this product?

Vienna is and has always been the center of our lives.

VOM FASS is a franchise system, which has its origin in Baden Wurtemberg near Lake Constance, more than 20 years ago.
In 2000 we brought the VOM FASS idea to Vienna and opened here the first VOM FASS shop.
Meanwhile, we have many enthusiastic regular customers who appreciate the VOM FASS motto "Look - Taste - Enjoy".
