The apartment building is located in a small, quiet sidestreet. Close around are parks and gardens. Shopping facilities, bistros & pubs around the location within a 2 min. walk to the next corner or to the pedestrian zone Meidling-main-street. The railway station Meidling is close to the house and so you have a lot of public transportation available which will bring you within a short time to all places of Vienna. In our near neighbourhood you find parks, playgrounds for children, area for dogs. Not far away there is the park of Schönbrunn (15 minutes walk). Also within a few minutes by car or bus you are in the recreation area "Wienerberg" with outdoor pools, natural lakes, thermal water in the "Therme Vienna Oberlaa", golf place and woods and lawns for walking, biking or simple enjoying nature.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Daher ist ide Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir bekamen freundliche Tipps, wo man in der Nähe gut essen kann. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war uns die Parkmöglichkeit im Haus ntürlich hochwillkommen.
