The single studio is equipped with a single bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The transport hub "Floridsdorf" with access to the subway line U6, express trains, streetcar line 25 and bus lines is within walking distance (about 8-10 minutes).
You can park on the public street in front of the building. Since March 2022, parking in the whole of Vienna is only possible with a parking ticket from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 10 pm (weekdays). You can purchase these from our office.

The apartment is located only a short distance from the interchange Floridsdorfer Bahnhof (Franz-Jonas-Platz) (about 8-10 minutes walk). Many shops and restaurants are available on site. The next largest shopping center is the shopping center Donauzentrum.

Technischer Defekt im Bad, Waschmaschine ohne Waschmittel, Küche ausgesprochen spartanisch eingerichtet und nicht ganz sauber, Schlafraum arg klein. Bei sommerlicher Hitze kein Querlüften möglich. Türe war bei Ankunft versperrt und konnte nicht den Anweisungen gemäß selbstständig geöffnet werden. Lage gut. Automatische E-Mail-Kommunikation hilfreich. Kurzfristige Adressänderung zwei Tage vor Anreise akzeptabel.
